同一円周上に複数の被検体が等間隔に形成された
回転体と、前記回転子の回転中心に対して点対称
の位置に配置されそれぞれ前記被検体を検出して
速度検出信号を出力する１対の検出素子と、該両
素子からの速度検出信号をそれぞれ電圧信号に変
換する速度／電圧変換回路と、該両回路からの電
圧信号を加算して速度制御信号として出力する加
