【表】DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a resin composition for producing a paper-like film particularly suitable for producing square bottom bags. Conventionally, square bottom bags have been made of paper and used in various fields, and attempts have been made to manufacture square bottom bags using synthetic resin films, but synthetic resin films have less stiffness than paper. As a result, it is difficult to grip the bag during the bag-making process, and it is not suitable for folding, so it returns to its original shape even after folding, causing wrinkles. It also has high elongation and high tear strength (TD), making it difficult to cut into serrations. The reality is that it is slippery and has many problems such as uneven double folded edges, so it has not been put to practical use. The present invention was arrived at as a result of various studies to solve these problems, and its gist is that high-density polyethylene is 30 to 80% by weight, isotactic polypropylene is 10 to 40% by weight, and ethylene acetate copolymer is 5 to 30% by weight. This is a resin composition for producing a paper-like film comprising 5 to 40% by weight of talc. In the composition of the present invention, high-density polyethylene with a density of 0.945 g/cm 3 or more is used as the main component in an amount of 30 to 80% by weight, preferably 50 to 70% by weight, to improve film production stability and film straining due to high crystallinity. However, if the density is less than 0.945 g/ cm3 , the film will not have enough stiffness, if it is less than 30% by weight, it will lack the above stability, and if it exceeds 80% by weight, it will elongate and have a high tear strength (TD), making serration cutting difficult. becomes. Isotactic polypropylene 10-40% by weight
Preferably, by adding 20 to 30% by weight, film stiffness can be obtained due to the synergistic effect with high-density polyethylene, but if it is less than 10% by weight, the film will not have sufficient stiffness, and if it exceeds 40% by weight, the tear strength (TD) of the film will be high. This makes serration cutting difficult. Further, by adding 5 to 30% by weight, preferably 10 to 20% by weight of an ethylene acetate copolymer with a vinyl acetate concentration of 3 to 15% by weight, the film can be given appropriate slippage and the double folded edges can be aligned. However, if it is less than 5% by weight, the film will be too slippery, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, the stiffness of the film will decrease and it will become sticky, making the double folded edges likely to be uneven. Furthermore, talc roughens the surface of the film, gives it a paper-like texture, and increases stiffness, but the appropriate amount is 5 to 40% by weight, preferably 10 to 20% by weight. If it exceeds %, the tear strength (TD) will be too low to be practical even when making bags. A paper-like film can be produced from the composition of the present invention by a conventional inflation method, T-die method, or the like. Further, an antistatic agent, a coloring agent, etc. may be added as necessary. The present invention will be explained in more detail below by giving Examples and Comparative Examples. Examples 1 to 3, Comparative Examples 1 to 6 Inflation films with a thickness of 80 μm were produced using various resin compositions, and the film properties were measured and the bag making properties were investigated. The results are shown in Table 1. When the composition of the present invention is used, the stiffness is high and the gripping tool is good, the tear strength is low and the cutting property is good, and the double folded edges are excellently aligned due to moderate sliding. If the composition ratio is outside of this range, various properties will be deteriorated. 【table】
