Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一対の金型間に配設される板材に孔部を穿
設するピアス加工と前記孔部の周縁部材を屈曲す
るバーリング加工とを行う金型装置であつて、前
記一対の金型の中、いずれか一方の金型にピアス
加工用の孔部とバーリング加工用の外周突部を有
するダイを装着し、他方の金型には前記ピアス加
工用の孔部に嵌合するポンチと前記バーリング加
工用の外周部と係合してバーリング加工を行うバ
ーリングダイとを設け、当該バーリングダイは実
質的に弾性体を介して前記他方の金型に取着され
ると共に、当該弾性体の作用下に前記一方の金型
に支承されている板材方向に押圧されるように構
成することを特徴とする金型装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置
において、一方の金型と他方の金型との間には少
なくともいずれか一方の金型の変位動作に伴つて
板材端部を折曲する機構を設けてなる金型装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の装置
において、板材端部を屈曲する機構は一方の金型
側に取着され且つ第1のテーパ面を有する第1の
押圧部材と、他方の金型側に取着され且つ第2の
テーパ面を有する第2の押圧部材とを含み、前記
第2押圧部材を前記第1押圧部材側に変位させて
夫々第1テーパ面と第2テーパ面とを摺接させて
押圧力の方向を変位させて第1押圧部材により前
記板材端部を屈曲させてなる金型装置。
