より上下動される上型ホルダと、該上型ホルダに弾性部
材を介して上下移動可能に支持され、上型ホルダの下降
途中から上記下型と協働してプレスワークを挾持するパ
ッドと、゛  上記下型の側部に弾性部材を介して上下
移動可能に支持され、上端部に予備曲げ用型面が形成さ
れた予備曲げダイスと、上記パッドめ側部の予備曲げダ
イスに対向する位置において上型ホルダに弾性部材を介
して上下移動可能に支持され、かつ下端部に予備曲げ用
型面が形成された予備曲げパンチと、上記下型に対して
前後移動可能に設けられ、前端部にヘミング用カム面お
よび下型に接近するとき上記予備曲げパンチと予備曲げ
ダイスとを各々上下に押圧移動させる傾斜カム面が形成
されたヘミングカムと、上記上型ホルダの下面に取付け
られ、下端部に予備曲げ終了後上記ヘミングカムの後端
部に接して該ヘミングカムを前進させる傾斜カム面が形
成されたドライバーカムとからなり、上型ホルダの下降
動によりプレスワーク端部の予備曲げ加工とヘミング加
工とを同時に行うようにしたことを特徴とするヘミング
加工装置。
