Claims (1)
材に対して内径を同一工程で打ち抜く金型装置に
おいて、上型に装着された外径抜きパンチ内には
、内径抜きパンチが同心状に組み込まれ、下型に
装着された外径抜きダイ内には、内径抜きダイが
同心状に組み込まれ、前記外径抜きパンチは、内
径抜きパンチが内径抜きダイと嵌合して鉄心の内
径抜きされた後に外径抜ダイと嵌合して鉄心の外
径抜きされるように、内径抜きパンチとの間に段
差が設けられ、また前記内径抜きダイは、内径打
抜き力に対抗できる押上力を有し且つ外径抜きパ
ンチの押圧力によつて下降可能なように下端部が
バネ支弾され、前記外径抜きされた鉄心を、打抜
き材に保持させる保持手段を有すると共に、前記
内径抜きダイ内には打抜かれた内径カスを落下さ
せて下型外へ排出させる通路が設けられているこ
とを特徴とした積層鉄心製造用金型装置。 (2) 前記鉄心の保持手段は、一担外径抜きパン
チによつて打抜かれた鉄心を、上型上昇時に外径
ダイによつて打抜き材の抜き穴内へ戻すようにし
たプツシユバツク手段である請求の範囲第(1)項
