Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve bonding strength, in forming method of carrying material supporting chip of lifting/carrying belt, by arranging molding section of injection mold for carrying material supporting chip in enclosed state on a resin adhesive belt basic material, then heating the molding section and the surface of the basic material with hot air thereafter injection on molding the supporting chip. CONSTITUTION:A belt basic material 1 is prepared by lining a PVC layer 3 onto a cloth material 2. Then a molding section 5 of an injection mold 4 is mounted on the PVC layer 3 while contacting therewith. Consequently, a molding section 5 is formed between the PVC layer 3. Hot air is fed through an air supply nozzle 8 into the molding section 5 so as to heat the molding section 5 and the surface 3A of the belt basic material. The air is discharged through thin holes 7. Consequently, the surface 3A is softened or fused. Then resin is injected through a resin injection hole 6 thus carrying out injection molding. With such arrangement, bonding strength can be improved.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, as shown in FIG. 7, the high-frequency welded support piece 22 is provided with a welded portion 22A at both projecting portions 23 of the support piece 22, and the portion immediately below the support piece 22 is Since the support piece 22 is not welded, the adhesion of the support piece 22 to the belt base material 24 is weak, resulting in a problem that the support piece 22 may come off or break while the conveyor belt 21 is in use. In addition, in the case of high frequency welding, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, in the case of the support piece 25 without an overhanging part, the welded part 25A of the high frequency welding is only at the outer peripheral part of the lower end, and the adhesion to the belt base material 24 is very weak. There was a problem.

In addition, the present invention also allows the support piece to be formed with a bell].
Since the support piece is fixed to the base material, the attachment of the support piece provides a method of forming the support piece on the conveyor belt, which can omit processing effort. In addition, when welding the support piece to the belt base material by high-frequency welding, the belt base material near the support piece is also melted, so there is a problem that the finished product is not beautiful. However, the present invention solves this problem. This can also eliminate inconveniences.

An injection mold 4 is placed on a belt base material 1 having a predetermined length and a predetermined width.
is placed. The belt base material 1 is a heavy body, a heavy body impregnated with a thermoplastic resin, or a heavy body formed by lining a thermoplastic resin layer. Alternatively, a resin adhesive material such as a synthetic resin sheet is used; in this example, a material in which the heavy body 2 is lined with a vinyl chloride layer 3 is used. The injection mold 4 is made of a normal mold material, and has a molding part 5.
is a concave part for forming the support piece 11 in the width direction of the belt base material 1, and the molded part 5 has a resin injection hole 6 and an appropriate number of holes for venting internal air (in the drawings related to this example). One pore 7 is provided (see FIG. 1). An air supply nozzle 8 for heating air is connected to the resin injection hole 6 of the disposed injection mold 4, and heated air is supplied into the molding section 5. Note that a portion of the air and heated air within the molding section 5 is discharged from the pores 7 of the molding section 5. Molding part 5
The belt base material surface 3A covered with the molding part 5 is heated by heat. Belt base material surface 3 covered by molding part 5
The surface of A is heated by hot air, and the synthetic resin portion of the belt base material 1 is softened or melted. Thereafter, the air supply nozzle 8 is removed, the resin injection nozzle 9 of the injection mold 4 is connected, and the heated molten resin 10 is injected under pressure to fill the molding part 5 . Note that the air within the molding section 5 is discharged through the pores 7. Since the inside of the molding section 5 is heated in advance, the flow of the injected molten resin 10 is good, and since the belt base material surface 1 inside the molding section 5 is heated or softened and melted by heating, the injected molten resin 10 flows smoothly. The adhesion of No. 10 is good (
(See welded part 11A in FIG. 3). In this example, 70 to 8
0°C hot air is forced into the molding part 5 of the injection mold 4.
While heating the surface, the vinyl chloride layer (
The belt base material surface 3A) was melted, and then vinyl chloride was injected into the molding section 5 to mold the support piece 11.

The moldability of the support piece 11 was good, and the adhesion to the belt base material 1 was also strong. Similarly, support pieces 11 to 11 are formed on the base belt 1 at predetermined intervals. In addition,
In the above-described embodiment, the supporting pieces 11 to 11 were sequentially formed one by one on the belt base material 1, but the supporting pieces 11 were formed using an injection molding mold (not shown) having a plurality of molding parts at predetermined intervals. A plurality of support pieces can be molded simultaneously using the same method.

The support piece 11 in this example has a shape that does not have an overhang at the attachment part and is fixed to the belt base material 1 by molding, but the shape of the support piece 11 is not limited to this example. For example, as shown in FIG. As shown in Fig.
The support piece 15 having the following can be molded in the same manner as in the previous embodiment.

The mold shown in FIG. 5 is provided with cooling holes 20 on the contact side of the belt base material 18, so when continuous molding is performed, cooling water is passed through the cooling holes 20, and the belt base material 18 surface is heated with hot air in the molding section 17. can prevent heating and melting.

(Effects of the Invention) In the present invention, an injection molding die is placed on the belt base material, and a synthetic resin is injected into the molding part of the injection molding die, so that molding of the support piece and fixing to the belt base material can be performed at the same time. possible, and the attachment of the support piece is easy to operate. In the present invention, hot air is supplied to the molding part of the injection mold to heat the molding part prior to injection molding, so the moldability of the resin is good, and the mounting surface of the support piece for the molded resin is attached to the belt. It is fully adhered to the base material and can provide strong adhesion of the support piece.

In addition, since the present invention uses injection molding to adhere the support piece to the belt base material, unlike the conventional case where the support piece is adhered to the belt base material by high-frequency 8 bonding, there is no welding trace formed on the outer periphery of the support piece. It has the advantage of being beautifully finished.
