Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to form easily and speedily, by arranging tiles face to face on a bed face of a frame, pouring thereon concrete, taking out of the mold after hardening, forming grooves along the sides of the tiles by means of a cutter and filling a joint filler therein. CONSTITUTION:Tiles 1 are arranged on a bed 5 of a frame in such a way that the sides of the tiles 1 are arranged face to face. Then, concrete 11 is thereon poured and mold release is done after the concrete 11 is hardened. Then, grooves 10 are cut along the sides of the tiles by means of a proper cutter 9 such as a diamond cutter and the like. Joint gaps are thereby formed. After that, a joint filler 12 is filled in the grooves 10 to form a joint. It is thereby possible to carry out the operation very easily and speedily. Moreover, joint fillers, sand and so on are not needed and taking off them after mold release is not necessary, either. The grooves 10 are accurately straight and the continuous joints formed are also accurately straight.

紙3に貼り付けられてなるタイルシート4を型枠ベッド
(w4製ベッド)5上に配置し、タイル1同志の間に砂
6を充填し、その後タイルシート4の上にコンクリート
を打設するものである。コンクリートが硬化した後脱型
し、砂6を取り除くと目地間隙が形成される。

あり、配列誤差やタイル位置の寸法誤差等によりタイル
1の辺が直線状に揃わず目地が折れ曲っなものとなり易
い。また、砂目地法等のタイルシート法は、紙やフィル
ムにタイルが貼り付けられたタイルシートを用いるもの
であるが、このタイルシートにおいてもタイル1の辺を
直線状に揃えて配列することが上記と同様の理由により
容易ではなく、製造されるタイルPC板の目地が直線状
に揃いにくいのである。

す如く溝10に目地材12を充填し目地を形成する。
