出された空気は隔壁環内に導入されて通過するため、羽
根先端部分の水の密度が上下とも同一となり羽根のバラ
ンスが良好となって水の流速が減少したり羽根に振動が

通過するから羽根先端部分の水の密度が空気によって荒
されず上下とも同一となり羽根のバランスが良好となっ
て水流の流速が減少したり羽根に振動が発生したりする
ことがなく、水流中に空気流を形成し水流の波によって
空気が切取られて、微細な粒子となって水に混入しなが
ら前進し、広範囲の水中に空気が微細粒子となって混入
