Abstract

法では、パレットと箱との位置合わせが困難で、段ボー
ル箱のへりをパレットのへりに正確に合せ得ない欠点が
あった。その結果、コンテナを狭いスペースに隙間なく
積む上で支障をきたすおそれがあった。

のような手段を講じた。すなわち、平坦状に折畳んだ箱
形成部材における箱底部となる一つのフラップの一定位
置に止め具打込み用指標を設け、上記一つのフラップ上
に重ねられている他のフラップの前記指標に対応する位
置に止め具挿通用の窓を開け、パレットの上に平坦状に
折畳ん゛   だ状態で位置決めして載置された前記箱
形成部材の指標に対し、前記窓を通して止め具を打込む
ことにより、パレットに対する一次固定を行ない、しか
るのち箱形成部材の酸第操作を行ない、その後箱底部と
なる他のフラップに止め具を打込むことにより、パレッ
トに対する二次固定を行なうようにした。

する一次固定を行ない、しかるのち箱形成部材の酸第操
作を行ない、その後箱底部となる他のフラップに止め具
を打込むことにより、パレットに対する二次固定を行な
うようにしたので、パレットに対し段ボール箱等の物品
搬送箱を位置ずれなく、しかも簡単に固定し得る方法を
提供することができる。

り、パレットに対する二次固定を行なうようにしたこと
を特徴とする物品搬送箱の固定方法。
