Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1)建物の外壁面に複数本のベース材を縦あるいは横方
向に所定間隔で固定するベース材固定工程と、このベー
ス材固定工程によって固定された複数個のベース材の所
定位置に、上・下部に係合部材を設けた外壁パネルをセ
ットし、該セットした外壁パネルを複数個の係止具で前
記ベース材に係止する第1の外壁パネル取付け工程と、
この第1の外壁パネル取付け工程によって係止された外
壁パネルを基にして該外壁パネルの係合部材に係合部材
を係合させた状態に順次同形状の外壁パネルをセットし
て複数個の係止具で前記ベース材に係止し、建物の外壁
面全体あるいは一部に外壁パネルを取付ける第2の外壁
パネル取付け工程とを含むことを特徴とする外壁パネル
の取付け方法。 2)建物の外壁面に縦あるいは横方向に所定間隔で固定
される複数本のベース材と、これらのベース材の前面に
所定間隔で複数個設けられた外壁パネルを支持する支持
片と、これらの支持片に支持された状態で前記ベース材
に係止具を介して係止される、上部に該係止具で係止す
る係止部材および他の外壁パネルの下部と係合する上部
係合部材が形成され、下部に他の外壁パネルの上部係合
部材と係合する下部係合部材が形成された複数個の外壁
パネルとを備えた外壁装置。 3)ベース材は断面コ字状あるいはZ形鋼形状に形成さ
れていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項記載の
外壁装置。 4)外壁パネルは所定幅寸法に押出し成形された板状の
外壁パネル本体と、この外壁パネル本体の上端部に一体
成形された背面側へ略直角に屈曲する上部側端部部材と
、この上部側端部部材の先端部に上方へ突出形成された
上部係合部材と、この上部係合部材の先端部に一体成形
された係止具に係止される係止部材と、前記外壁パネル
本体の下端部に一体成形された背面側へ略70度の角度
で内方へ屈曲する下部側端部部材と、この下部側端部部
材の先端に下方へ一体に突設成形された他の外壁パネル
の上部係合部材に雨水が内部に浸入するのを防ぐ空室部
を形成した状態で係合する下部係合部材とで構成されて
いることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項または第3
項記載の外壁装置。
