Generally, the properties of liquids stored in tanks may deteriorate over time. In particular, the quality of liquid fuel, gasoline, kerosene, Rosal heavy oil, etc. in stockpiled liquid fuel tanks has a great influence on combustion. Therefore, the quality of liquid fuel (hereinafter referred to as oil) stored in this type of tank is periodically checked. In this case, oil is collected from inside the tank and a property analysis of this oil is performed.

Conventionally, when extracting oil from inside a tank, an oil extraction device has been used. Since the change of oil in a tank over time is different in the upper layer, middle layer, lower layer, etc. of the tank, the oil extraction device is required to be able to extract oil from each layer in the tank. For this reason, conventional oil extraction equipment has become complicated.

1 and 2 are diagrams showing an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, this liquid sampling device 1 is equipped with a container 2, and the container 2 is about 1.5
A sealed chamber 3 having a volume of about 2.0 is formed. The bottom wall of this container 2 is formed to be thick so as to act as a weight to provide enough weight to allow the entire device to sink when this liquid sampling device 1 is suspended in oil in a tank. . A valve port 4 is bored approximately in the center of the bottom wall of the container, and this valve port 4 is provided with a valve body 5 that can be opened and closed.

In this embodiment, the valve body 5 is formed into an inverted conical body with a spring receiving portion formed in the upper part, and is inserted through the valve port 4 and protrudes below the container 1 . A spring 6 is provided in the sealed chamber 3 of the container 2 and is interposed between the ceiling surface of the container 2 and the spring receiving surface of the valve body 5, and the spring 6 pushes the valve body 5 into the valve body. It is constantly biased in the direction of closing the mouth 4. An appropriate number of leg members 7 are suspended from the lower surface of the container 2, and these leg members 7 are used to support the container 2 on the ground.
It has become possible to support the One end of a forced opening lever 8 is rotatably supported by the leg member 7, and the free end of this lever 8 extends substantially horizontally. One end of a forced opening rod 9 is rotatably supported at the free end of this lever 8, and this rod 9 stands up almost vertically and slides onto a bracket 10 protruding from the outside of the upper end of the container 2. freely supported. A small hole 8a is bored in the middle part of the lever, and the lower end of the valve body 5 is inserted into and abuts on this small hole 8a. The tip of the valve body 5 is adapted to protrude slightly below the lower end of the leg member 7. container 2
An air bleed member 11 having an air bleed hole 12 in the center is screwed onto the upper part of the body of the holder, and a check valve 13 is provided in the air bleed hole 12. This check valve 13 allows only flow from inside the sealed chamber 3 to the outside. A hanging ring 14 is protruded from the upper surface of the ceiling wall of the container 2, and a hanging rope 15 or the like is secured to this hanging ring.

As shown in FIG.
5 and let it settle into the oil 22 in the tank. This sedimentation is carried out by the weight of the liquid sampling device against the buoyant force. During this settling, the valve body 5
Since the valve port 4 is closed by the urging force of the spring 6, the oil 22 does not flow into the sealed chamber 3 of the container 2. When the liquid sampling device 1 has settled to the depth of the oil layer to be sampled, stopping the sedimentation of the liquid sampling device 1,
The forced opening rope 17 is pulled outside the tank 20. As a result, the rod 9 rises relative to the container 2, the lever 8 rotates, and the small hole 8 of the lever 8
The valve body 5 in contact with a is pushed up against the pushing force of the spring 6, and the valve port 4 is opened. When the valve port 4 opens, the oil 22 flows into the sealed chamber 3 due to its pressure. At this time, the sealed chamber 3 is filled with air, and this air is absorbed by the check valve 1 due to the inflow pressure of the oil.
3, the air is discharged to the outside of the sealed chamber 3 through the air vent hole 12. When a predetermined amount of oil flows into the sealed chamber 3, the forced opening rope 17 is released. When the rope becomes free, the valve body 5 is pushed back in the direction of closing the valve port 4 by the pressing force of the spring 6, thereby closing the valve port 4. In this state, the liquid sampling device 1 is taken out from the tank 20 by pulling up the rope 15.

When taking out the oil in the container 2 on the ground, the liquid sampling device 1 may be placed on a predetermined saucer. That is,
When the liquid sampling device 1 is placed on the saucer, the valve body 5 protrudes below the leg members 7, so it comes into contact with the saucer surface earlier than the container 2 is installed, and thus the valve body 5
rises relative to the container 2 and opens the valve port 4. When the valve port 4 is opened, the oil collected in the sealed chamber 3 flows out by gravity. In this case, the valve port 4 is preferably formed as a relatively large opening.

In the above embodiment, a spring is used as a means for biasing the valve port in the direction of closing it, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the weight of the valve body 5 may be used. Further, in the above embodiments, oil was explained, but the present invention can also be applied to collecting other liquids. In this case, it is not limited to the liquid stored in the tank.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to timely collect the liquid in any layer such as the upper layer, middle layer, or lower layer of the liquid to be sampled, and the structure is simple and inexpensive. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the valve port is opened by a lever whose one end is rotatably attached to the leg member, the lever pushes up the valve body in a lever-like manner. This provides the advantage that liquid collection can be performed smoothly and with little force. Furthermore, according to the liquid sampling device according to the present invention, since the valve body is provided such that one end protrudes from the leg member for supporting the container, the sample can be removed from the liquid sampling device by simply placing it on the saucer. It also has the advantage that it can be removed and samples can be taken very easily.
