スチーム発生時補助的に電熱装置を用いる方法
等、各種の複合加熱が考えられて一部商品化され

ム加熱でオーブン調理時と同様の高温にすること
は蒸料理では必要ないため(あくまでヒーター加
熱は補助加熱手段である)、ある温度以上上らな
いように例えば20のようなダイオードで半波整
流してヒーター出力をおとすとかの方策を取る必
要があろう。この方法は別にダイオードに限ら
ず、ピークカツト用のサーモを用いても良いこと
はいうまでもない。また前述のように第2図に示
すごとく、ツマミ7周囲には庫内温度調節用目盛
と共にスチーム用の表示10を併記し、前述切換
スイツチ12の動作点を境に、スイツチ12の
ON側を例えば「スチーム強」、OFF側を「スチ
ーム弱」というように表示する。つまりスチーム
強はヒーター加熱併用で、蒸しまんじゆう等比較
的高温の蒸気での調理用とする。以上のように、
庫内温度調節用ツマミとスチーム強弱の切換スイ
ツチを兼用させることにより、複雑となりがちな
複合調理器の操作部を簡素化できるとともに、構
成も非常に簡単となり、よつて安価に提供できる
ものである。
