【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はシリンダヘツドに鋳包むバルブシート
リングに関するもので、リング自体に廻り止めお
よび抜け落ち防止機能を持たせたものである。

第1図に示すように、シリンダヘツド1(アル
ミ合金等)に鋳包んだバルブシートリング2(鋳
鉄又は焼結合金等)は、鋳包み後の弁座面3と仕
上げ加工時に作用する加工外力やバルブ4の開閉
時等に作用する力により、回転してガタを生じ、
バルブ4との密着性が悪化し、最悪の場合には抜
け落ちてしまうことがある。

上記平坦加工、溝加工等のいらない極めて簡単な
構成により、廻り止めおよび抜け落ち防止機能を
発揮し得る鋳包み用バルブシートリングを提供す
るものである。

該段差は該リングの抜け落ち防止作用を奏する。

が非円形面の場合に比し極めて容易であつて、且
つ従来例の如く外周面の一部に平坦加工面を形成
するとか、上面に溝加工を施す等の面倒な加工も
不要であつて、鋳包み後の弁座面の加工時やバル
ブの開閉時等においても、バルブシートリングの
廻転を防止でき、バルブとの密着性を良好に維持
できるとともに、2つの互いに偏心した円周面の
外周に段差ができるので、バルブシートリングの
抜け落ち防止効果をも具備するものである。
