絵付法は公知である。本出願人は先に、前記成型
同時絵付法の改良法として、複雑な立体曲面を有
するプラスチツクス成型品に適用が可能な絵付プ
ラスチツクス成型品の製造方法を発明し、出願し
た(昭和55年8月22日出願の特許願、特願昭55−
92967号、(特開昭57−18229号)昭和55年8月20
日出願の特許願参照)。更に本出願人は前記発明
に係る絵付プラスチツクス成型品の製造方法をよ
り生産性良く連続的に行うことを可能にする方法
を得んとして種々研究の結果、本発明を完成する
に至つたのである。

る。このようにするためには例えば2個の成型用
受け型2を各々背合わせに設置し且つ反転可能と
する方法(第1図参照)、前記方法に加えて2個
の成型用受け型2を設置し且つ反転可能とする方
法(第2図参照)、或いは成型用受け型2を円盤
上に設置し且つ回転可能とする方法(第3図参
照)等、種々の態様が考えられる。

ものである。更に前記模様層は成型用受け型の内
表面に弾性体によつて均一に沿つて設けられるの
で、複雑な立体曲面を有するプラスチツクス成型
品に対して適用が可能なものであり、得られたプ
ラスチツクス成型品の表面の模様はクラツクやし
わ等がなく美麗なものである。従つて本発明に係
る絵付プラスチツクス成型品の連続製造方法をし
て産業利用価値の極めて大きいものである。
