DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a novel liquid eye makeup composition. More specifically, the present invention is particularly suitable for pen type makeup applications, provides excellent drawing lines, has excellent application performance and usage characteristics, and has medium viscosity and good pigment dispersion stability. The present invention relates to an eye makeup liquid cosmetic having the following properties.

Conventional technology Traditionally, eye makeup cosmetics such as eyeliners, eyebrows, eye shadows, and massaging products have been used in the following ways:
For example, a bottle type in which a high viscosity liquid cosmetic is contained in a container, the cosmetic is soaked in a brush, and the brush is smoothed, and a low viscosity liquid cosmetic is contained in a container and a capillary tube with a 1-1 inductor core is drawn. There are several known types of cosmetics, including a pen type in which the cosmetic is drawn out by force into a pen core at the tip made of a sponge, a pencil type with a solid cosmetic in the core, and a type in which the powdered cosmetic is applied with a brush or sponge. There is.

However, since the contents of the bottle type described above are highly viscous, the drawn lines tend to be blurred, the liquid must be refilled frequently during use, and the bottle must be opened using both hands. On the other hand, the bottle type does not have the inconvenience of use-E like the bottle type, but because it uses low viscosity cosmetics, it does not stick to the wrinkles of the skin. It also has the disadvantages that it is difficult to impart water resistance, etc., to cosmetics in order to achieve low viscosity.

In the liquid cosmetic of the present invention, examples of the aqueous medium used in the aqueous dispersion containing all inorganic pigments include water or a mixture of water and a water-soluble organic solvent. Examples of the water-soluble organic solvent include irritation to the skin. A water-soluble organic solvent that has almost no oxidation and is highly safe for the human body is preferably used.For example, polyhydric alcohols such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and glycerin are preferred as such water-soluble organic solvents.

In addition, inorganic pigments generally have a high specific gravity, have good dispersion stability in the above viscosity range, are resistant to sedimentation, and have the properties necessary for eye makeup cosmetics, such as water resistance and drying properties. Examples of such materials include titanium mica, yellow iron oxide, bismuth oxychloride, black iron oxide, chromium oxide, ultramarine, deep blue, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, titanium oxide, magnesium oxide, and hydroxide. Examples include chromium, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, titanium yellow, red pepper, and the like, and each of these may be used alone, or two or more types may be used in combination. These inorganic pigments are used in a range of 0.1 to 40% by weight, based on the weight of the liquid cosmetic.

In the liquid cosmetic of the present invention, soybean phospholipids and nonionic surfactants are used as dispersants for the inorganic pigment particles. In conventional cosmetics, the dispersion stability of pigment particles is poor, and methods such as adding a stirring ball to the cosmetic container and shaking it before use will re-disperse the pigment that has settled and separated before use. However, the method of use is complicated, and if such an operation is forgotten, there is a risk that the properties of the liquid cosmetic may be impaired. One possible way to solve this problem is to add structural viscosity to the cosmetic to suppress the precipitation and separation of pigments, but this method increases the viscosity too much and is not compatible with pen-shaped cosmetics. Become something.

The blending amount is 0.5 based on the weight of the inorganic pigment.
It is necessary to choose within the range of ~50 weight. This amount is 0.5
If it is less than 5% by weight, the dispersion stability of the pigment particles is poor;
If it exceeds 0% by weight, the viscosity will be too high and the effect of the preservative added as desired will not be sufficiently exerted.

The liquid cosmetic of the present invention may contain a high boiling point oil, if desired. This high boiling point oil reduces the apparent specific gravity of the inorganic pigment particles by forming a complete layer of this oil between the soybean phospholipid layer and the nonionic surfactant layer, and prevents it from forming on the skin. Contains the effect of completely improving the water resistance of the coating film. Examples of such high boiling point oils include fats and oils such as castor oil, waxes such as carnauba wax, and hydrocarbon waxes such as liquid paraffin. 2
You may use combinations of more than one species.

The amount of the high boiling point oil to be blended is determined by the total surface area of the inorganic pigment particles used, and it is necessary to satisfy the relationship expressed by the formula 0 (%). Here, W is the amount of high-boiling oil [2], A is the total surface area [door] of the pigment particles, and the specific surface area [?] of the pigment particles. 7//9] X pigment blending amount [2
] is the value. D is the density of high boiling point oil [f/ctl
]. When the value of W exceeds 2.0, the dispersion stability of the pigment decreases, and when the cosmetic on the tip dries, the high boiling point oil is not inherently compatible with water, so the liquid must be replenished. However, there are problems such as the tips of the ears being hard and even. On the other hand, when the value of W is less than 0.5, although the dry recovery properties of the tips are good, the effect of adding the high-grade oil is not sufficiently exhibited.

Next, an example of a preferred method for producing the liquid cosmetic of the present invention will be described. If not all high-boiling point oils are included, for example, blend soybean phospholipids, inorganic pigments, aqueous medium, and nonionic surfactants in this order, stir and mix using an appropriate stirrer, and then mix as desired. A method for producing a homogeneous liquid cosmetic by adding various additives to be used and stirring them. After stirring and mixing soybean phospholipids, pigments, and an aqueous medium using an appropriate stirring machine, a nonionic surfactant is added. A method can be used in which a homogeneous liquid cosmetic is produced by adding and stirring, and then adding various additives as desired and stirring. However, the latter method is a method in which the pigment surface is made lipophilic, Since it tends to cause agglomeration, it is unsuitable for continuous sand mills.

On the other hand, when blending all high-boiling point oils, use a stirrer such as DiSilver to thoroughly stir about half of the aqueous medium, soybean phospholipids, and pigments, and then add them to the mixture in advance by melting them. A method can be used in which an emulsion is created and then thoroughly mixed with a pigment in a ball mill to produce a homogeneous liquid cosmetic.
