に弾性付勢するように成り背部中央3を固定す

な位置に固定した前記フツク9を操作するロツク
部であり、基板となるL字形ブラケツト11上に
把手12とコントロールケーブル13のワイヤ端
末14を係止する係止片15から構成されるレバ
ー16が該ブラケツト11に植設したピン17に
対して回動自在に軸着して成る。又、18は前記
レバー16の可動をロツクするために設けたシリ
ンダ錠で、通常自動車持主の所有するメインキー
の操作によつてのみ下端側方へ突出した舌片19
が回動すると共に、レバー16側面を該舌片19
に当接固定してレバー16の動きを封じる構造を
