ンサ等による入力側の信号によって複数の電磁バルブ等
を作動させるべく、CPU等による制御回路によって演
算処理を行わせているようなものが多いため、これらの
制御装置の構成は最近益々高度化され複雑多岐に亘って
おり、必然的に該制御装置における異常状態の発生頻度
が多くなってくる。そこでもし該制御装置に異常状態が
発生したような場合には、別に設けるチェッカーによっ
て、該制御装置による制御機能の作動状態の診断を行い
、この診断により異常項目の発見を行うようにするもの
であるが、このチェッカーによる作動状態の診断の際に
、該制御装置の構成が多岐に亘っているため多項目の制
御機能を順番に診断を行わなければ異常項目の発見がで
きず、大変な手間と時間とを要する面倒な問題を抱えて
いるのである。

の作動状態を順番に診断を行うようにするのであるが、
この診断の際に異常状態が発生した項目については、そ
の都度この異常状態が発生した項目から最初に診断が行
えるように順番を入れ替えることにより、該チェッカー
(2)による異常診断の繰返しによってこの各診断項目
の順番を、異常頻度の多い項目側から少ない項目側へ並
べ替えるようにするものである。

来のように多岐に亘る各項目を時間をかけて順番に診断
するような手間を必要とすることなく、短時間に効率よ
く異常項目を発見することができるものである。
