TECHNICAL FIELD This invention relates to transparent liquid detergent compositions containing capsules. [Prior Art] Various transparent liquid detergent compositions comprising a surfactant solution and capsules are known. In the case of such capsule-containing liquid detergent compositions, the capsules contained therein are stable, but some of the capsules may be destroyed by friction or impact during production or transportation, and the contents of the capsules may be destroyed. It had the disadvantage that it was released into the surfactant solution, causing turbidity in the solution. It is also known that in such a capsule-containing liquid cleansing composition, for use as a hair cosmetic, a substance having a hair-conditioning effect is used as the capsule contents.
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 47-39111 discloses a capsule containing mineral oil. However, in the case of such a composition, although the mineral oil used as the content of the capsule shows a hair conditioning effect, it makes the hair sticky and does not give a natural finish, and its conditioning effect is was still not satisfactory. [Objective] The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks found in the prior art, does not cause turbidity even when the contents are released into a solution by breaking the capsule, and provides excellent hair conditioning when used as a hair cosmetic. It is an object of the present invention to provide a capsule-containing transparent liquid detergent composition that provides cleaning and conditioning effects. [Configuration] According to the present invention, (a) an anionic surfactant and (b)
Contains an oil-containing capsule and (c) at least one selected from a polyoxyalkylene type phosphate ester surfactant represented by the following general formula () and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester represented by the general formula () A liquid cleaning composition is provided. General formula (): Polyoxyalkylene type phosphate ester surfactant General formula (): Polyglycerin fatty acid ester In the general formula (), A is an alkoxy group or a glyceryl group, and in the case of an alkoxy group,
The number of carbon atoms is usually 1 to 8. M is a hydrogen atom,
Alkali metal, alkyl-substituted ammonium or hydroxyalkyl-substituted ammonium; in this case, the alkali metal includes sodium, potassium, etc., and the alkyl-substituted ammonium includes trimethylamine, triethylamine, dibutylamine, butyldimethylamine, isopropyldimethylamine. Hydroxy-substituted ammoniums include monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, monoisopropanolamine, and the like. x represents an integer of 1 to 3, y represents an integer of 0 to 2, and x+y is 3. m is 0 or a number of 1 or more, usually 0 to 100, preferably 10 to 60, and n is a number of 1 or more, usually 1 to 100, preferably 10 to 60. Furthermore, in the general formula (), R 1 , R 2 ,
R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are hydrogen atoms or fatty acid residues, and at least one of them is a fatty acid residue.
In this case, the fatty acid that provides the fatty acid residue is a saturated or unsaturated linear or branched fatty acid having usually 10 to 20 carbon atoms, preferably 12 to 18 carbon atoms. Specific examples include lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, isostearic acid, and oleic acid. In the present invention, the anionic surfactant used as component (a) is a conventionally known one, for example,
Sulfate ester salts of higher alcohols, sulfate ester salts of ethylene oxide adducts of higher alcohols,
Examples include α-olefin sulfonate, paraffin sulfonate, acylated amino acid salt, sulfosuccinate, soap, and the like. The anionic surfactant is present in the composition in an amount of 1 to 40% by weight, preferably 5% by weight.
~25% by weight. In the oil-containing capsule used as ingredient (b),
Its dimensions are not particularly restricted, but usually the particle diameter,
The dimensions are preferably 0.1 to 10 mm, preferably 1 to 5 mm. In addition, when using this capsule,
The type is not particularly limited as long as it is easily breakable, that is, it can be easily destroyed by physical stress during use or by dissolution in water during use. Such capsules are already known,
It is produced by a conventionally known method, such as the coacervation method described in US Pat. No. 3,341,466 and US Pat. No. 3,726,803. Preferred capsules used in the present invention include those using a water-soluble polymer as the capsule wall material. As such water-soluble polymers,
For example, pectin, carrageenan, alginic acid,
Examples include polysaccharides such as amylopectin and guar gum, cellulose derivatives such as methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and carboxymethylcellulose, as well as polyvinyl alcohol and gelatin. In order to preferably manufacture capsules using such a capsule wall material, in addition to the above-mentioned coacervation method, for example, a double nozzle having concentric pores is used, and a solution containing the core substance to be encapsulated is injected from the center nozzle. Alternatively, a method may be adopted in which the suspension and the capsule wall material are simultaneously extruded from an annular nozzle surrounding the central nozzle. When using a capsule with such a water-soluble polymer as a capsule wall material, it is necessary to prevent its dissolution in the composition in addition to insolubilization using a crosslinking material for the capsule wall material. Preventing the dissolution of capsules can be achieved by adjusting the pH of the composition, adding an electrolyte to the composition, or adding a poor solvent for water-soluble polymers such as alcohol, etc. This can be done by decreasing the solubility in the solution. The oil to be encapsulated in the capsule may be water-insoluble, and its type is not particularly limited. Specific examples of such oils include liquid paraffin,
Hydrocarbon oils such as ester oil; avocado oil, almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil, sasanqua oil, soybean oil, camellia oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil, persic oil, castor oil, cottonseed oil, fall seed oil, turtle oil, mink oil , animal and vegetable oils such as egg yolk oil, cacao butter, and palm oil, dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, organopolysiloxane polyoxyethylene (EO:30) polyoxypropylene (PO:30) copolymers, etc. Examples include silicone oil and its derivatives, liquid fragrances, and the like. This oil-containing capsule is usually present in the composition.
0.01 to 5% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 3% by weight, and the oil content relative to the capsule is usually
5 to 98% by weight, preferably 50 to 95% by weight. The compounds represented by the general formula () and/or the general formula () used as component (c) are conventionally known, and in the case of the present invention, it is preferable to use those represented by the following formula. Regarding the general formula (): (In the formula, R is an alkyl group of 1 to 8, m is 0 to 100,
n is 1 to 100) (In the formula, R is an alkyl group of 1 to 8, m is 0 to 100,
n is 1 to 100) Regarding the general formula (): (In the formula, P is 0 to 30, R is a saturated or unsaturated alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms) (In the formula, P is 0 to 30, R is a saturated or unsaturated alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms), and particularly preferred specific examples include decaglycerin laurate, decaglycerin myristate, palmitin Acid decaglycerin, decaglycerin oleate, decaglycerin pentasteate, decaglycerin decastearate, decaglycerin decaisostearate, decaglycerin decaoleate, hexaglycerin stearate, hexaglycerin oleate, hexaglycerin hexaoleate, stearic acid Examples include diglycerin ester. In addition to the above-mentioned components, the surfactant composition of the present invention contains auxiliary additives commonly used in the past.Such auxiliary additives are appropriately selected depending on the use of the composition, and are generally Examples include inorganic salts such as mirabilite and common salt, builders, wetting agents, solubilizers, ultraviolet absorbers, softeners, chelating agents, viscosity modifiers, colorants, fragrances, and the like. [Effect] In the case of the capsule-containing liquid detergent composition of the present invention, by containing the specific compound represented by the above-mentioned general formula () and/or general formula (), it is possible to reduce the impact during production, transportation, etc. Even if a part of the capsule is destroyed and the encapsulated oil is released, the encapsulated oil will be uniformly dissolved in the solution.
No clouding occurs, the transparency of the surfactant solution is not impaired, and the appearance is beautiful. Also,
When the composition of the present invention is used as a hair cosmetic, a good hair conditioning effect can be obtained due to the action of the encapsulated oil released upon use, and further,
The addition of the compound of the general formula () and/or the general formula () gives the hair smoothness without stickiness and has an excellent conditioning effect. The composition of the present invention is particularly suitable as a hair cosmetic, but can also be used as a textile cleansing agent, a skin cleansing agent, and the like. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Examples 1 to 6 Capsules containing liquid paraffin inside and having a particle size of about 1 to 3 mm were used, which were obtained by a conventional method using gelatin as a wall material. Next, the capsules were added to a surfactant solution to prepare a shampoo composition, and its performance was tested. The results are shown in the table below. In addition, the shampoo composition in this case contains AS-TEA (coconut oil alcohol sulfate triethanolamine) or AES-Na as a surfactant.
(Polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sodium sulfate, number of moles of ethylene oxide added = 3) to 20
It consists of an aqueous solution containing 0.1% by weight of capsules (of which 10% by weight is destroyed). Furthermore, the performance test was conducted as follows. [Hair stickiness] Shampoo 5g of hair strands using 1.0cc of the shampoo composition, rinse 5 times with tap water, and after drying, judge the stickiness of the hair strands based on the feel of 10 testers. Compared to the product, it was evaluated as ○ if it was not sticky, △ if it was slightly sticky, and × if it was sticky. [Smoothness of hair] After shampooing, rinsing, and drying the hair in the same manner as above, 10 testers judged the smoothness of the hair strands by feel. If it was smooth, it was evaluated as △, and if it was not smooth, it was evaluated as ×. In addition, each code shown in Table 1 means the following. AS-TEA…Coconut oil alcohol sulfate ester triethanolamine AES-Na…Sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate, number of moles added to ethylene oxide = 3 P-1……Number of moles added to polyoxypropylene glyceryl ether phosphoric acid, propylene oxide =60 P-2...Polyoxyalkylene butyl ether phosphoric acid, number of moles of ethylene oxide added = 10, number of moles of propylene oxide added = 60 G-1……Hexaglycerin monooleate G-2…… Decaglycerin decaolate C-1...Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil monopyroglutamate monoisostearate, number of moles of ethylene oxide added = 40 C-2……Polyoxyethylene glyceryl triisostearate, number of moles of ethylene oxide added = 30 C-3……Cationized cellulose C-4……Monoglycerin monostearate
