テンの急激な上昇をなくすようにしていた。とこ
ろで、作動体側の係合片が緩衝バネ側の係合部に

方向に移動案内すべく形成された案内長溝9の一
端が開口されているため、シヤツターカーテンの
全閉時、換言すれば巻上ホイール2,3,4にシ
ヤツターカーテンが巻かれてない状態で作動体8
を緩衝バネ7の付勢力に抗して矢印A方向に強制
的に移動せしめるというワンタツチ操作で規制ピ
ン10から長溝9を外せば、作動体8は規制ピン
10による軸芯まわりの規制が解除されて自由に
回動せしめることができ、これによつて作動片8
bの衝合位置を、緩衝バネ7の巻上シヤフト1側
の固定をいちいち外すことなく、作動体8の前記
強制移動というワンタツチ操作のみで軸芯まわり
の自由回動が可能となつて所望位置に簡単に調整
することができ、次いで所望の調整位置に対応し
た任意の長溝9を規制ピン10に遊嵌せしめれ
ば、作動体8は衝合位置が調整された状態で直ち
に所定の緩衝作動を行なうことになる。しかも本
実施例では、シヤツターカーテンが全閉した状
態、即ち、長溝9の最も開口部9a側に規制ピン
10が位置する状態で作動体8の前記強制移動を
行なうものであるため、強制移動時における緩衝
バネ7の付勢力に抗するわずかの押込力だけで容
易に長溝9が規制ピン10から外れることにな
り、緩衝バネ7を押圧するものであつても支承な
く行なうことができる。

解除され軸芯まわりの回動調整可能となるように
構成したら、シヤツター巻上作動時において巻上
速度が急激に速まる中途で緩衝バネに衝合して緩
衝バネをねじり駆動し全閉作動時における衝繋を
緩和する作動体は、作動体を軸芯方向上のみ案内
すべく設けた案内長溝の一端を開口しただけの簡
単な構成によつて、シヤツター全閉時に対応する
作動体位置からさらに強制移動せしめるというワ
ンタツチ操作のみで簡単に規制ピンから解除し得
て軸芯まわりの自由回動を行なうことができる。
従つて、各現場毎に調整する必要のある作動体と
緩衝バネとの衝合位置は、従来の如くボルトの着
脱操作に伴う面倒な作業を全く必要とすることな
く、作動体の軸芯方向への移動というワンタツチ
操作のみで案内長溝が規制ピンから外れて自在に
調整することができ、もつて調整板等の如き特殊
部材を全く不要にして案内長溝の一端を開口せし
めただけの単純構成で衝合位置の調整を短時間で
行ない得て、作業能率の大幅な向上を図ることが
できるものである。
