略円錐形前端部を有する細長い杆状弁体とこの弁
体の後端部に固着された弁体駆動ピストンとこの
ピストンを収容する空気シリンダ部とを備え、上
記塗料ノズルからの液体塗料の噴出を制御するニ
ードル弁装置と;上記ニードル弁装置の弁体に取
付けられた細長い線状導体によつて形成され、そ
の前端は塗料ノズルの前端開口より前方に突出し
、高抵抗素子を介して直流高電圧を印加される塗
料粒子荷電電極と;上記ニードル弁装置を作動さ
せるため銃本体の壁部を貫通して設けられた空気
通路を通して上記空気シリンダ部に供給される空
気を制御する手段と;を具備する空気霧化静塗装
銃であつて、 (1) 上記ニードル弁装置の杆状弁体を軸方向中
心孔を有するセラミツク管によつて形成させると
共にピストンを弁体との接着性の良いセラミツク
材料で、また空気シリンダ部および空気シリンダ
部に対し弁体を摺動可能に支持する弁体支持部材
