CONSTITUTION:Compressed air jetted from a compressor 16 associated with an engine 17 is accumulated in a high pressure tank 15 and heated by a heater 13, being controlled by a control valve 17 under control of a controller 8 so that compressed air is jetted onto a front windshield pane 1 from jet nozzles 2, 3, 4 which are directed by an angular regulating mechanism 6. A wiper liquid injection nozzle is provided in the angular regulating mechanism 6 in parallel with the compressed air jet nozzles 2, 3, 4, so as to make their jetting directions always coincident with each other. A jetting direction is suitably selected and wiper liquid and compressed air are jetted, thereby it is possible to completely remove a substance stuck onto the front windshield pane.
