Since the power supply chip 16 and the liner 60 are consumable parts that wear out as the welding wire passes through them, their replacement will be explained. To replace the power supply chip 16, first loosen the knob screw 15, remove the bolt 17 fixing the power cable 5, and then remove it from the wire heating torch 2. Thereafter, the power supply chip 16 is removed from the connection fitting 14 and replaced. On the other hand, for the liner 60, the connecting fitting 80 portion of the conduit cable 4 is removed from the feed connector 70, and the power cable 5 is also removed in the same manner. Thereafter, the liner 60 inside the conduit cable 4 is pulled out and replaced.

The liner is secured with a knob screw, which tends to loosen, and the liner is only reinforced with a spring tube, which causes the conduit cable to vibrate slightly due to the feeding resistance when feeding the wire, resulting in poor feeding. There were some drawbacks, such as:

In FIG. 4, the TIG torch 1, wire heating torch 2, gas hose 6, water hose 7, power cable 8, and control cable 9 are the same as the conventional device. FIG. 5 shows an example of how the conduit cable 4 in FIG. 4 is attached to the wire feeding device. In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a power supply fitting, which is inserted into and fixed to the feed connector 70 of the wire feeding device, and is screwed onto the adapter 19 via the terminal of the power cable 5 and a washer 21 having spring properties. There is. A through hole for a welding wire guide liner 60 is provided inside the power supply fitting 20 and the adapter 19, and a spring tube 10 for protecting the liner 60 is screwed into the adapter 19. Spring tube 1
0 is a spring made of closely wound steel wire, and is insulated by an insulating tube 11. 90 is reinforced rubber,
This prevents the conduit cable 4 from being bent sharply at the connection point when the conduit cable 4 is connected to the wire feeding device. 23 is a heat-shrinkable insulating tube that integrates the conduit cable 4 and the power cable 5.

The attachment portion of the wire heating torch 2 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 6 to 8. Reference numeral 16 denotes a power supply chip that supplies heating current to the welding wire, and is screwed into the power supply ring 28 via an insulating cap nut 26 and an insulating sleeve 25 that fasten the conduit cable 4 to the wire heating torch 2. Inside the power supply ring 28 is a mounting bracket 2 that is screwed into the spring tube 10.
9 is arranged and fixed to the power supply ring 28 with a set screw 27. The conductor 24 of the power cable 5 is divided and inserted into a plurality of small diameter holes 30 provided in the power supply ring 28, and connected and integrated by brazing or the like. 25
is an insulating sleeve, and since the outer diameter of the power supply ring 28 is the largest among the conduit cables 4, it is used to prevent the insulating tube 23 from being damaged when placed on the floor or the like.
