[Detailed explanation of the invention] Casting nets generally use a knitting machine equipped with a plurality of upper hooks arranged in a row and a plurality of lower hooks installed opposite to these upper hooks. Warp and weft threads are supplied to each of the upper hook and lower hook, and both threads are knotted to knit a rectangular net, and this net is used as the material for tailoring. In other words, from this material net, multiple cylindrical nets with the knitting length as the circumference length are made,
These plurality of nets are formed so that their diameters are arithmetically different. These nets are successively joined in the axial direction with the smaller diameter at the top to form a conical shape, an operating rope is connected to the upper end of the net, and a chain-like weight ( At the same time, a plurality of hanging lines connected to this chain rock at a predetermined pitch are connected to the inner surface of the net at a predetermined height above the chain rock to suspend the chain rock,
The net between the chain rock and the connecting part of the hanging line to the net is bulged outward to form a bag part, and the opening of the bag has the chain rock as the lower side and the connecting part of the hanging line to the net as the upper side. The casting net is constructed by forming a conical net above the connecting portion as the net main body, and having the aforementioned bag portion connected to the lower part of the conical net.

Conventionally, this type of casting net has used multifilament yarns for both warp and weft yarns of the entire net body, or monofilament yarns for both. However, the former is flexible and the main body of the net spreads well, and the bag is formed to be convenient for fish to enter, and the catch is large, but the bag tends to flop and it takes time to correct it. When it gets wet, it contains a lot of water, which increases its weight, making it difficult to cast a net. The latter type of cast net made of monofilament yarn does not contain water even if it gets wet, so it is lightweight and easy to operate, and the bag part does not get too stiff, and the transparent yarn has the advantage that it does not confuse the fish's vision. However, due to the high rigidity of the thread, there is a drawback that once the mesh of the cast net has expanded to its maximum, the recoil force of the net itself causes the net to shrink once expanded. In addition, because the surface of the thread is smooth, it is easy to cause misalignment at the knot.
Furthermore, since the mesh of the net is compressed in the circumferential direction of the net when it is woven, it is difficult for the net to expand when the net is cast, and the bag part tends to be in an inverted state with the entrance facing downward ( If the bag is new, fish may not enter the bag, or if the bag is old, the bag may swell even though the entrance is normal, making it easier for fish to escape from the bag once they have entered the bag. .

In view of the above, the purpose of this invention is that the weight does not increase significantly even when it gets wet with water, it is flexible when casting the net, the reaction force of the net itself is small, and it spreads well and prevents the mesh from shifting at the knots. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a casting net in which the bag part is configured to take a low posture with the entrance facing in the horizontal direction without raising the net.

The gist of this invention is that the warp and weft of the cylindrical net member directly connected to the operating rope are both made of monofilament yarn, and the warp and weft of the other net members of the net body are both made of monofilament twisted yarn. The goal is to construct a casting net.

The structure of this invention will be explained below with reference to the illustrated embodiment. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an operating rope, the lower end of which is connected to the upper end of a conical net body 2. As mentioned above, the net main body part 2 includes cylindrical net members 2a, 2 whose diameters are arithmetically different.
Of b, 2c, 2d, . . ., 2a is a monofilament yarn, and the other 2b to 2d are knitted nets of monofilament twisted yarns connected in the axial direction to form a conical shape. The bag portion 3 is formed by a cylindrical net connected along the lower edge of the net main body portion 2,
A plurality of hanging strings 5 are connected at predetermined pitches to the chain rocks 4 attached along the lower edge of the net.
The upper end of the hanging line 5 is connected to the inner side of the lower edge of the net main body part 2, and the hanging line 5 suspends the chain rock 4 so that the bag part 3 bulges outward to form a bag shape, and the chain. An entrance 6 of the bag is formed with the rock 4 as the lower side and the lower edge of the net main body part 2 as the upper side.

According to this embodiment, as described above, the net members 2b to 2d of the net main body part 2 and the bag part 3 are knitted with monofilament twisted yarn, so that the monofilament twisted yarn has the same strength as this twisted yarn. Since its rigidity is lower than that of a single monofilament thread, when the net is cast, there is less recoil of the net itself after it spreads, so the spreading state of the casting net body 2 is better than that of a casting net made of monofilament thread. As shown in FIG. 1, the bottom of the bag 3 is in close contact with the bottom of the water, and the ceiling is gradually lowered from the inlet 6 to the outside. It has higher transparency than multifilament yarn, and because monofilament yarn is made up of several thin monofilament yarns twisted together, it is possible to create fish lips, which could not occur with conventional single thick monofilament yarns. It can also become entangled with the left and right bones and gill bones, greatly increasing the catch. Furthermore, monofilament twisted yarn has an extremely low water content compared to multifilament yarn, which has the same strength, so it weighs much less after getting wet compared to multifilament yarn casting nets, making it easier to cast nets. It is. In addition, cast nets made only of monofilament yarn have a smooth surface and are easy to slip, so even double-knot nets can cause misalignment, but with monofilament twisted yarn, the surface of the yarn is rope-like and uneven, so Even if there is a single nodule, the nodule is very strong and does not shift.

Furthermore, since monofilament thread is used for the first net member 2a of the net body, when the cast net sinks into the water, there is less resistance to the water and the sinking of the cast net is accelerated, making it easier to catch fish and increasing the catch. will increase. In addition, since the bottom part 3 has less stiffness compared to those made of multifilament yarn, it has the effect of improving work efficiency.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, 2b of the net main body
The warp and weft of both the net member 2d and the bag portion are both monofilament twisted yarns, but in this invention, at least the warp and weft of the net members 2b to 2d of the net main body are both monofilament twisted yarn. Since this is a cast net characterized by this, the bag portion may be made of any type of net.
