Abstract

PURPOSE:To completely dehydrate the title excretions by subjecting these to aerobic fermentation treatment and utilizing fermentation heat to perform preliminary dehydration treatment and thereafter bringing them into contact with animal oil or the like and performing dehydration treatment. CONSTITUTION:Droppings of a domestic fowl and dung of a pig, etc., are subjected to aerobic fermentation and dehydration is performed at several degrees with fermentation heat. Then these are introduced into a sealed cooker and animal oil or vegetable oil is added at about 3-10wt.% for the raw material and steam is introduced under pressure into the jacket part of the cooker to heat oil and these are subjected to dehydration treatment by pressurizing and decompressing them. Thereby complete dehydration treatment is enabled while completely removing offensive odor.

(c) Problems that the invention seeks to solveHowever,
Drying methods are rarely used these days because they cause odor and pollution, and drying methods using chemical treatment or forced dehydration are now used, but in both cases, the product value as a fertilizer after treatment is Digestibility and odor removal are insufficient, leading to a decrease in value. Also, according to oil temperature dehydration treatment, complete dehydration is performed in the oil from the beginning, so the oil temperature is not sufficient to remove the odor. However, the fuel consumption of the engine was high, and there were disadvantages in terms of economic efficiency.

(E) Function/Effect According to this invention, chicken manure, pig manure, etc. are processed in advance by aerobic fermentation, so the chicken manure, etc. is dehydrated by fermentation heat, and can be pretreated for the next treatment. It is then brought into contact with heated animal oil or vegetable oil, and dehydrated under reduced pressure at oil temperature. By removing the oil, malodorous components are removed along with steam during dehydration at oil temperature. Preliminary dehydration using heat makes the product highly digestible.Furthermore, less oil is used during oil temperature dehydration, making the deoiling process easier. It is possible to produce products with good properties.

Next, the raw materials are placed in a sealed cupker, animal oil or vegetable oil is added in an amount of about 3% to 10% by weight based on the raw material, steam is forced into the jacket of the cupker to heat the oil, and the oil is heated to about 80% by weight.
Oil temperature dehydration treatment is performed at a temperature of 120°C to 120°C for about 3 hours.

The product produced in this way can be used as fertilizer or feed, and the raw materials are evenly dehydrated through preliminary dehydration through fermentation, which improves the digestion of undigested materials. By dehydrating at oil temperature using a small amount of oil, complete dehydration can be performed while completely removing bad odors.
