に連動して該操作部材がクランプ位置に揺動され
るように該操作部材に第１リンクを介して連結す
ると共に、該第２操作子をこれの下動に連動して
該操作部材がアンクランプ位置に揺動されるよう
に該操作部材に第２リンクを介して連結したこと
