付勢し、該ピストン３先端に当接するクランプ爪

動自在に支持し、クランプ爪７を鋏持し且つピス
トン３とクランプ爪７の上記当接部よりやや上方
に爪もどしばね１２を配設し、クランパー本体１
に供給された圧力流体に押圧されてピストン３の
先端がクランプ爪７を摺動させ、クランプ爪７に
よりクランプするように構成したことを特徴とす
