In addition, in such conventional methods, when there is a change in the planned half-length length, it is difficult to immediately change the setting in response to this change, and it is difficult to obtain a plate of standard size from the coil material again. It was planned to add a border to this, and it was considered particularly unsuitable for mass production.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The cutting method according to the present invention has been devised especially in view of the inconveniences in the prior art, and it continuously supplies a coil material and cuts both ends of the coil material. The product is split in half to create the desired beveled edges, and then cut in half at the same time as the molding is provided, which eliminates the complicated work of cutting the coil material, setting the cut long plate, and forming the mold. In addition to completely eliminating this, it also made it possible to quickly provide mass production at a 50/50 ratio.

In addition, in the present invention, when there is a change in the intended folding structure, especially when there is a change in the provided cutting width, it is possible to easily and reliably respond to this change. An edge a along one opposing side of the half-half plane plate part c is folded back onto the plane plate part c to form a bent plate part a'', and the edge of the bent plate part a'' is diagonal. The inner lip a for engagement stands upwardly, and the edge b along the other side is an inclined plate part b' that slopes downward and outward, and the end edge of the inclined plate part b' is bent downward to form a bent plate part b'', and the edge of the bent plate part b'' is bent downward to form the flat plate part c.
The folded half A, which is bent on the lower surface to form the outer clip b for engagement, is pressed tightly against the outer edge a of the folded half A using a presser die 5, and then the folded half A

A cutter head is provided above the side of a cutter 1 which is operated in the vertical direction and has a cutting blade having a width dimension of The cutter 3, which operates in the left-right direction and the vertical direction, is provided with an inner engaging lip a at the edge a of the folded half A.
and cut the bent plate part a'', move the cutter 3 downward to cut the edge a' of the edge a of the folded half A, which is close to the flat plate part c, and then move the cutter 1 upward. The cutting blades 2a, 2b are provided diagonally upward in the cutter 1 from below the cutter 3, and are provided at the upper and lower edges of the tip. 2c
A cutter 2 that moves in the vertical direction and in the diagonal vertical direction following the cutter 1 provided with the cutter 1,
Cut the inclined plate part b' at the edge b of the folded half A from below upward and downward, and then cut the folded half A into the bent plate part b'' at the edge b of the folded half A and the outer engaging lip b. The cutter 2 is tightly pressed from the outside by the presser die 6, and the cutter 2 is moved downward in accordance with the downward movement of the cutter 1. This invention discloses a 50/50 continuous cutting method for cutting the bent plate part b'' and the engaging outer lip b at the edge b.

A cutting device is prepared that follows the folded half A as it is being folded and transported, that is, it moves at the same speed as the transport speed of the folded half A, and it continues to transport the folded half A without stopping it. It is a cutting device that allows shaping and cutting of continuous coil material without damaging the formed edge by abutting the transfer side edge of the fold A and without causing stoppage loss during the transfer. It is what you do.

To explain the specific circumstances of such a cutting method with reference to the drawings, reference numeral 1 is a main cutter for cutting the flat plate part c, which is the basis of a half-A. An edge-cutting cutter 2 that protrudes freely toward part b and is provided with cutting blades at the upper and lower edges of the tip part is installed, and the elevating and lowering of the main cutter 1 is linked with the protruding and retracting of the cutter 2. Next, the specific operation of these cutter devices will be explained together with the transferred half-A. First, a molding roll or the like is used to form a fringe on the side edges a and b of the supplied coil material. Transfer and introduce the half-half A into the cutting device, move it and the cutting device in synchronization, and first match the shape of the bent plate portion a'' of the side edge a and the inner engaging lip a. The cutter 3 is pulled outward from the inner side of the side edge a at the same time as the presser die 5 of the same shape is brought into contact with the device from the outside. In order to prevent it from coming out, the tapered blade part 3b is used to cut down from the upper edge of the inner lip a for engagement, and while cutting the inner lip, the remaining inner lip a for engagement and the bent plate part a'' are cut. By configuring the blade portions 3c and 3d of the cutter 3 in the same shape, cutting can be performed at once, thereby reliably preventing cutting distortion and burring of the side edges.

The preliminary cutting of the edge a' adjacent to the flat plate part c is performed by cutting the inner lip a for engagement by the blade part 3b at the tip.
Similar to the preliminary cutting of the upper edge, this eliminates the application of excessive cutting pressure to the folded half A during the subsequent cutting of the folded half A, thereby eliminating the possibility of distortion of the cut edge, poor cutting, or other problems.

Next, the main cutter 1 and the presser die corresponding to the cutter 1 are operated to move the flat plate part c to the previous cutter 3.
At the same time, the inclined plate part b' close to the side edge b of the folded half A was cut using the blade part 2c of the edge cutter 2, and then the bent plate part b'' and the engaging part were cut. A presser die 6 corresponding to the shape of the outer lip b is brought into contact with the outer surface of the side edge b, and the cutter 2 protruding therefrom is cut downward following the descent of the main cutter 1.
