Abstract

PURPOSE:To alleviate the overload of a healthy channel by temporarily repairing a defective section by a simple connector, and transmitting power. CONSTITUTION:A simple connector which can be associated in several hours is used. Cable ends 41, 41 in which defective sections are removed are penciled, and a cable connector is connected by a conductor connection tube 42. A shaping vessel 43 is mounted at the connector, curable liquid polymer material is poured in the vessel 43, the material is cured, and removed from the vessel 43, thereby forming an external semiconductive layer 44 on the cured layer. Thus, since a defective cable channel is temporarily repaired by the simple connector in a short time to transmit power, even if a term of repairing is increased, the overload of the healthy channel can be alleviated to provide sufficient time margin for a recovery work.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, restoration of the damaged line requires restoration preparation work such as procurement of new cables and cable connection equipment, transportation of these to the restoration site, and on-site connection work. In the former case, recovery preparation work often requires a long period of time due to transportation and geographical reasons, making it unavoidable that the entire period of recovery work will be prolonged.

Therefore, transmitting power only through the healthy circuits, which are some of the multiple circuits, during such a long period of time would impose a severe burden on the healthy circuits, which is not desirable in terms of safety.

Means for Solving Problems> The method for restoring a cable line according to the present invention is a cable line in which an accident has occurred in some of the multiple lines, by removing the part of the faulty cable with a weir and repairing this part. This method is characterized by performing temporary repair using a simple connection, and transmitting power also through the temporarily repaired cable from the end of the temporary repair until the start of the main restoration work.

After completion of this main restoration preparation work, the main restoration work of the damaged cable line will be carried out. In this main restoration work, it is possible to replace only the section where the cable fault occurred (A in Figure 1 or section 3-3 in Figure 1) with a new cable.
, or the entire length of the cable line may be replaced with a new cable.

In the above, after the temporary repair of the accident cable line,
If the time required to complete preparations for the main restoration work is T61, and the time required for the main restoration work (installation of new cables or full length replacement) is T2, then during the T1 period, all lines are transmitting power,
The only period for power transmission using healthy lines is the T-period. However, in the conventional example, power must be transmitted only through a healthy line during the entire period of TI+T. Therefore, according to the present invention, the overcurrent burden on a healthy line can be reduced accordingly. In the above, it is necessary to use a simple connection part 4 that can be assembled in a few hours. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A, , the cable end with the fault point removed is shown as 41.41), and the cable conductor is connected to the conductor connection pipe 42.
A molded container (made of paper, metal, plastic) 43 is attached to the connection part, and a hardening liquid polymer material (epoxy resin, urethane resin, silicone resin) is placed inside the molded container.
After the injection material has hardened, the molding container is removed from the mold, and an outer semiconductive layer 44 is formed on the cured layer as shown in FIG. (tape winding) method can be used. The pencil ring 41 at the end of the cable in the second country can be omitted as shown in FIG. be. Second

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, a stress cone 410, 410 is provided at the end of the cable from which the accident point has been removed (either pre-molded insulator or tape wrapped), and the cable conductor is connected by a conductor connection tube 42. The protective metal tube 440 is sealed with a tape winding 47 and an insulating gas (for example, S F &
It can also be filled with gas) or insulating oil.

In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, a stress cone (pre-molded) 411 is inserted into the end of the cable from which the fault point has been removed, and the cable conductor is connected by a conductor connecting tube 42. It is also possible to provide an external shielding layer 45 and fill in the valleys between the stress cones with windings 48 of insulating tape (EPR tape), and to provide an external shielding layer 49 outside of this. If a metal tube is used for the external shielding layer 49, the above-mentioned Oil-impregnated paper or insulating oil can be used for the valley-filling insulation 48.

<Effects of the Invention> The cable line restoration method according to the present invention is as described above, and after the damaged cable line is temporarily repaired in a short time using a simple connection part, this temporary repair method is carried out until preparations for the main restoration work are completed. Since power is transmitted through the repaired cable line and all lines are being transmitted, even if preparations for the main restoration work take a long time, the period of power transmission using only healthy lines can be shortened, reducing the overload burden on healthy lines, and ensuring recovery. Construction work can be carried out with peace of mind and with sufficient time.
