【考案の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本考案は、自動車のフロア上に敷設するフロア
マツトを、車体に固定するマツトクリツプに関す

一端に一体形成されてなるクリツプを使用し、爪
部をフロアマツトに貫通させると共に、クリツプ
部を車体の一部に固定する手段が実施されてい

弾発付勢板５を延設したクリツプ部３を、車体Ｃ
の溝形固定部Ｄに嵌合した際に、弾発付勢板５の
弾発力が、フツク部３の自由端４及び突片７を、
溝形固定部Ｄの壁に喰込ませるように作用して、
フツク部３の開きを阻止するようになり、確実に
