However, in such a conventional rubber bag body, as shown in an enlarged cross-sectional view in FIG.
Since there is no means buried between the widthwise edge of the reinforcing canvas 3 and the reinforcing canvas 3 to restrain the tearing of the band-shaped rubber sheet 1 that occurs from the edge, fluid is not supplied to the non-adhesive zone 2. As a result, the cracks generated therefrom immediately reach the reinforcing canvas 3, resulting in leakage of the fluid in the non-adhesive zone that is transmitted to the reinforcing canvas 3, and local bulges or punctures of the band-shaped rubber sheet 1. There was a problem.

Therefore, the non-adhesive zone 2 shown in FIG. 3, especially between the edge in the width direction and the reinforced canvas 3,
For example, a monofilament woven fabric is buried along the line, and this monofilament woven fabric prevents the above-mentioned tear from propagating, and also prevents fluid from leaking through the monofilament woven fabric from the tear that reaches that point. Although proposals have been made to prevent this, such a configuration would prevent the folding of the monofilament woven fabric in the width direction, especially since the strength of the monofilament woven fabric is generally significantly lower than that of reinforced canvas. When the length from the woven fabric is long, the deformation of the monofilament woven fabric itself is significantly limited by the band-shaped rubber sheet, while the expansion of the band-shaped rubber sheet due to the supply of fluid to the non-bonded zone It has been confirmed that as a result of being forced to deform, the monofilament woven fabric breaks earlier than the reinforced canvas, and after this breakage, the same problems as the illustrated conventional example occur.

This invention advantageously solves these problems, and in particular, the length from the folded part in the width direction of the band-shaped rubber sheet of monofilament woven fabric or cord embedded between the reinforcing canvas and the non-adhesive zone. By making the length less than or equal to the sum of the radius of curvature of the folded part and 20 (mm), it is possible to prevent tears that occur from the edge of the non-adhesive zone from propagating to the outside of the monofilament woven fabric or cord. At the same time, it reliably prevents leakage of fluid transmitted through the monofilament woven fabric or cord, and also significantly improves durability by substantially equalizing the times at which the monofilament woven fabric or cord and the reinforced canvas break under load. The present invention provides a rubber bag body made of rubber.

Here, the non-adhesive zone 12 is surrounded in the width direction by a reinforcing canvas 13 embedded in the belt-shaped rubber sheet 11, and the non-adhesive zone 12 and the reinforcing canvas are surrounded at both ends of the non-adhesive zone 12 in the width direction. 13, a monofilament woven fabric or cord (hereinafter referred to as monofilament woven fabric 14) is embedded in the bias along the reinforcing canvas 13.

In this invention, the monofilament woven fabric 14 is folded back in a substantially U-shape so as to surround the end portion in the width direction of the non-adhesive zone 12.
The length l (mm) to the edge of curved portion 14
By making the size smaller than the sum of the radius of curvature r (mm) of a and 20 (mm), the monofilament woven fabric 14
The degree of freedom is given to the change of the bias angle of the reinforcing canvas 13 to make its tensile strength substantially equal to that of the reinforced canvas 13.

The basis for selecting the length of the monofilament woven fabric 14 from the folded portion in this manner is based on the following findings.

First, as a test piece, as shown in Figure 6a,
The width of the rubber bag as a product is 200mm,
Cut into lengths of 100mm. The non-adhesive zone 12 here is located in the middle of the band-shaped rubber sheet 11 with a thickness of 20 mm, and extends up to 50 mm in front of the side edge thereof. In addition, each of the reinforcing canvas 13
It is composed of two layers of nylon canvas having a tensile strength of 200 kg/cm, and its flat portion 13b is buried at a position 2.6 mm apart from the non-adhesive zone 12.
Furthermore, the nylon monofilament canvas having a tensile strength of 50 kg/cm has its flat portion 14b extending from the non-adhesive zone 12.
The curved portion 14a is buried at a distance of 2.0 mm from the end edge of the non-adhesive zone 12 by 0.3 mm.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6b, the fracture state of the monofilament woven fabric 14 when the test piece was expanded in the width direction of the bag and a tensile force was applied using an Amsler tester was determined. The length l from the folded portion of the single fiber woven fabric 14 is examined as a parameter.

The results are as shown in FIG. 7, where the horizontal axis represents the length l (mm) from the folded part of the single fiber woven fabric 14.
Also, the vertical axis shows the retention rate (%), in other words, the monofilament woven fabric 1 based on the breaking load of the reinforced canvas 13.
From this graph showing the breaking load rate of 4, it can be seen that in the region where the length l (mm) reaches r + 20 (mm), the monofilament woven fabric 14 has a load substantially equal to the breaking load of the reinforced canvas 13. (approximately 2.2 tons).

Therefore, if the length l from the folded portion of the single fiber woven fabric 14 is set to r+20 (mm) or less as described above, the single fiber woven fabric 14 will not be affected by internal pressure due to its degree of freedom of deformation. Therefore, it will not break earlier than the reinforced canvas 13, and the durability of the rubber bag body will be significantly improved.

なお、この試験結果からすれば、長さlが湾曲

According to this test result, even if the length l is smaller than the radius of curvature r of the curved portion 14a, a retention rate of 100% can be achieved as long as the monofilament woven fabric 14 is embedded.

従つて、この考案に係るゴム製袋体によれば、

Therefore, according to the rubber bag according to this invention,
When internal pressure is applied to the non-adhesive zone 12, the monofilament woven fabric 14, whose length l is appropriately selected, deforms while changing the bias angle, so it can have a tensile strength equivalent to that of the reinforced canvas 13. The durability of the rubber bag body is significantly improved. Furthermore, since the single fiber woven fabric 14 can reliably prevent the development of tears, local bulges and punctures of the band-shaped rubber sheet 11 will not occur, and the durability of the rubber bag will be further improved. This brings about effects such as sufficiently preventing leakage of the fluid passing through the monofilament woven fabric 14.
