Abstract

PURPOSE:To gather individualization information on a human body by providing a pyroelectric infrared sensor nearby the center shaft of a cover body, providing the cover body with slits and allowing it to rotate on the center shaft, and providing position information marks around the cover body. CONSTITUTION:The pyroelectric infrared sensor 1 is fitted to a holder 3 provided nearby the center shaft of the cylindrical cover body 2. This cover body 2 is provided with the slits 4 and rotates on the center shaft and position marks 5 for an encoder such as the slits and magnetic marks are provided on the top and reverse surfaces of the cover body 2. Then a mark detection sensor 6 which detects the marks 5 is provided where the marks 5 pass by rotary movement. Further, the slits 4 are provided at four positions when the cover body 2 is, for example, cylindrical and then one slit is put in charge of a 90 deg. area in one turn and the light incidence window 8 of an external cover 7 is set within a 90 deg. range. Consequently, infrared rays emitted by a human body are entered through a slit 4 and reaches the sensor 1, and consequently the angle of rotation is known from a mark 5 and the quantity of variation of the infrared ray is detected at a certain angle, thereby gathering the individualization information on the human body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a human body sensor that is effective for detecting and identifying the presence of a human body. Pyroelectric infrared sensors have recently become popular. In particular, human body detection sensors that use a cut-on filter to detect only the wavelength of infrared radiation emitted by the human body are used in various fields. However, due to the characteristic of the pyroelectric sensor, which detects the movement of a thermal radiator, in order to detect the radiation of a stationary human body, it is necessary to convert the continuous wave of infrared rays into an intermittent wave using a chopper, etc. It has become necessary to collect daily life information, and it has become necessary to identify the number of people within a certain range, adults, children, gender, etc.It is possible to use a TV camera for collecting digital information, but it is expensive and requires equipment. Because of the large size of the sensor, there is a need for a sensor for collecting identification information using a convenient means. Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a smart sensor for the human body that takes advantage of the features of the pyroelectric infrared sensor. An embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. The pyroelectric infrared sensor 1 is mounted near the central axis of the cylindrical cover 2 and attached to the holder 3.
is provided with one or more slits 1.

Cover 2 Rotatable and offset with respect to +lJ center axis. Provide an encoder mark, ie, a position information mark 5, such as a part or lower part of the cover 2 or a magnetic mark. A human body scanning sensor is constructed as described below-1-. The cover 2 of the cylindrical edge has a cylindrical shape, a prismatic cylinder shape, or a conical isochronous quadrant.21. Good. It is assumed that the pyroelectric infrared sensor 1 can equally detect light in all directions or within the angle of incident light. The holder 3 is installed on the central axis of the cover 2.A support is provided on the top of the holder 3 so that the cover 2 can rotate freely about the central axis, and the cover 2 is rotated around the holder 3 as an axis. The bottom surface may be held by a bearing or the like. The cover 2 is made of a material that does not allow light to pass through, or a transparent part is provided as a slit.

A mark detection sensor 6 for detecting the position information mark 5 is provided at a position through which the position information mark passes by rotational movement. If the cover 2 is cylindrical, for example, the slits 4 are provided at four locations (one slit receives 90 degrees per rotation of the J-rotate) (so that the light entrance window 8 of the outer cover 7 is within the range of 90 degrees). The cover 2 is rotated by a motor. Since the structure is as described above, when this is used, infrared rays emitted from the human body enter through the slit 4 and the pyroelectric infrared sensor I It reaches and is detected. In this case, the slit causes a change in the hammer of a jyosopa, producing an effect similar to that of a moving radiator. The rotation angle can be determined by the position information mark 5, and the amount of change in infrared rays at a certain angle can be detected. Individualized information on the human body can be collected by data processing the detected pulses.Although it is simple, it is an effective invention that takes advantage of the features of the pyroelectric infrared sensor.
