す)、9は例えば電界効果トランジスタ等の電気
インピーダンス変換用素子(以下FETと称す)
である。この構成において、FET9のゲート端
子は背電極6と接触あるいはスポツト溶接等によ
り接続し、絶縁体7内に挿入後、基板8を介し
て、これらの部品を一つのアンプブロツクとして
構成し、振動膜リング3により一定テンシヨンを
与えられた振動膜4及びスペーサ5をケース2に
挿入後、前記アンプブロツクをケース2に挿入
し、カシメ等によりこれを固定し、組立を完成し
ていた。したがつて、アンプブロツクは手組立に
たよる点が多く、完全自動組立が困難であるの
で、量産に適するとはいえず、コストダウンにも
限界がある等の問題があつた。

電極は前記背電極に圧接接続され、前記電気イン
ピーダンス変換用素子の出力電極およびアース電
極は前記両面プリント基板の内部パターンに圧接
接続されるようになし、前記内部パターンと外部
パターンを接続するスルホールを前記両面プリン
ト基板に設けたものであり、アンプブロツクを手
組立によりあらかじめ組み立てる必要がなく、各
部品を順次ケース内に挿入してゆけばよいので、
量産に適し、安価に供給できる。

部端子を構成している点であり、FET9の各端
子を接触等にて接続した場合、各部品は全てケー
ス2内に落し込みにより挿入可能であるため、従
来のようなアンプブロツクの組立の必要がなく、
完全自動組立が可能となる。なおこの場合、両面
プリント基板10のスルーホール11部分からエ
アリークを生じるで低域劣化を生じる恐れがある
が、実際に使う場合はリード線等をハンダ付けし
て使うので何ら問題はない。またあらかじめハン
ダ付けしておいてもよい。また絶縁体7のFET
9収容部に工夫をこらし、FET9を収容した際
にその位置がずれないようにしておけば、FET
9の背電極6及び両面プリント基板10への接合
は確実におこなえる。

製作し得る。また電気インピーダンス変換用素子
のアース及び出力端子を基板にハンダ付けする必
要がなく、この点からもコストダウンを図り得
る。
