Claims (1)
に支承され、且つ外周に冷却フアン部材を取付け
た円形皿状のカバー部材とケース部材とからなる
被駆動側の密封器匣の内部を、内部流体の流出調
整孔を有する支切板によつて油溜り室と前記駆動
デイスクを内装するトルク伝達室とに区劃し、更
に回転時の油の集溜する駆動デイスクの外周壁附
近に対向する密封器匣側の内周壁面の一部に、前
記トルク伝達室側より油溜り室側に通ずる循環流
通路を形成すると共に、外部周囲の温度が設定値
を越えると前記支切板の流出調整孔を開放し、設
定値以下では閉鎖する弁部材を、前記密封器匣の
前面に設けた感温体の温度変化に伴う彎曲歪変形
に追従するように連桿を介して内部に備え、内装
した駆動デイスクと前記密封器匣との間のトルク
伝達間隙での油量の有効接触面積を増減せしめて
駆動側の回転軸体から被駆動側の密封器匣へのト
ルク伝達を制御するフアン・カツプリング装置に
おいて、前記密封器匣3としてのケース部材3″
とカバー部材3′とを、いずれも鋼板材によるプ
レス成型品の構造とし、前記循環流通路を、回転
時の油の集溜するトルク伝達室6に通ずるケース
部材3″の外周壁部と、他方油溜り室5に通ずる
カバー部材3′とに亘り、外部に露出して配設す
る連通管9の構造によつて形成したことを特徴と
する温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装置
。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載におい
て、前記連通管9をその複数を配設して構成した
ことを特徴とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツ
プリング装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載におい
て、前記連通管9を銅管もしくは真鍮管によつて
構成したことを特徴とする温度感応型流体式フア
