Claims (1)
- ピストンロツド１３及びロツドパツキング１５
等からなる駆動シリンダ装置１２の要部を筒状に
形成した耐熱シートにて被覆し、該筒状シートの
上方端部を上記ピストンロツド１３の先端部に固
定し、下方端部に上記ピストンロツド１３の伸縮
動作に追従するように弾性部材１８を張架し、溶
接作業中上記シリンダ装置１２要部にスパツタが
付着しないように保護することを特徴とする駆動
シリンダ装置のスパツタ保護カバー。
