「産業上の利用分野]
この発明は接着剤を使用して、防錆処理された鋼板に天
然木の化粧単板を熱圧にて接着する化粧鋼板の製造方法
に関するもので、この化粧鋼板は不燃建築材料または家

は製品として提供されたことはなかった。それは鋼板に
天然木の化粧用単板を接着してもすぐにはがれてしまっ

研究の結果、従来のように簡単にはがれてしまうような

[実施例]
熱圧締温度及び圧締時間について適正な作業条件を求め
るため、種々条件を変えて実験を行ない、下表の結果を

上記実験の結果からみて、熱圧温度は70℃〜90℃、
加工時間は30秒以上〜50秒以下が好適であり、80

が非常に良く、従来のもののように簡単にはがれてしま
うようなことがなく、表面が天然木単板であるから恰も
むくの板材がそのまま使用されているようにみえ、しか
も内面は鋼板であるから防火上きわめて有効で、不燃建
築材料、例えば中本、ドアー、カベ材、間仕切り材、長
押、天井板等あるいは各種の家具の材料として使用でき
