Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a response characteristic to an input signal by providing a diaphragm movement regulating means for permitting only the longitudinal movement of the diaphragm for a speaker having many ribs disposed on a front face and preventing a movement to other directions. CONSTITUTION:A middle and a middle and low pitched sound area components are inputted to a voice coil 15, and a high pitched sound area components is inputted to a speaker 19 for a high pitched sound area, and then, the diaphragm 12 is oscillated through the coil 15 and the diaphragm of the speaker 19 is oscillated and sounded. On the front face and the side edges of the diaphragm 12, the ribs 14 are disposed and the upper and lower edges of the diaphragm 12 are curved to the front face side, so that air including the sound wave of the front face side of the diaphragm 12 is retained by the ribs 14 and pushed forward. The diaphragm 12 is suspended only by a string 16, and it has good response characteristic to the input signal and an oscillation is hardly transmitted to a hollow frame 2. Burnt sand 7 is filled in the hollow frame 2, so that a resonance with the hollow frame 2 is surely prevented.

``Prior Art'' Conventionally, as a speaker, it is known that a low-range speaker, a mid-range speaker, and a treble-range speaker are attached to a full plate of an enclosure, and these speakers are housed within the enclosure. There are few speakers in which a rib is provided on the front of the diaphragm, and even in those in which a rib is provided in the diaphragm, the rib is simply for reinforcement.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' Therefore, in the case of speaker units such as conventional sealed enclosures or bass reflex enclosures, the speaker diaphragm is attached to the front bar. The vibrations of the drive unit and the vibrations of the drive unit are transmitted to the enclosure J via the speaker frame, etc., resulting in enclosure vibrations.Furthermore, the vibration of the speaker diaphragm compresses the air at the rear of the speaker, and this air pressure presses the enclosure wall. The vibrations of these enclosures interfere with the vibrations of the diaphragm of the speaker, and thus the acoustic characteristics of the enclosure affect the sound production, causing a reduction in the quality of reproduced sound.

"Function" Since the diaphragm is provided with many ribs located on its 04 side, these ribs hold the air with sound waves in front of the diaphragm and send it forward, so that the diaphragm does not come into contact with the hollow frame. Since it is provided inside the hollow frame, it prevents resonance between the diaphragm and the hollow frame, and also prevents interference between the hollow frame and the back pressure of the diaphragm, thereby improving the quality of reproduced sound.

Voice coils (moving coils) 15, which are components of speakers for sound ranges other than high range (for example, speakers for medium range, speakers for medium and low range), are installed at four locations on the rear surface of diaphragm 12, top, bottom, left and right. It is fixed perpendicular to the rear surface. A plurality of ribs 15a made of a piece of wood are bonded to the base of each of these voice coils 15, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the directions of arrows A and B shown in FIG. is bonded to the diaphragm I2. The diaphragm 12 is made of resin so that it is allowed to move in the front-rear direction (in the arrow AB force direction shown in FIG. 2) inside the hollow frame 2 without contacting the hollow frame 2, and is prevented from moving in other directions. On the other hand, a permanent magnet in which +1 of the speaker for the sound range other than the high range (for example, speaker 1 for the middle range, speaker 1 for the middle and low range) is 1 is placed at a location facing each voice coil 15 of the mounting frame IO. A portion of the voice coil 7 is fitted coaxially with the voice coil 15 and is attached with bolts and nuts so that the position can be freely adjusted. Hit, voice coil 15. The center ball 17 for displacing the permanent magnet has a structure similar to that of the cone-type speaker for the range other than the treble range, except that the cone (diaphragm) and frame are removed. Therefore, the diaphragm +2. A voice coil 15 and a center ball 17 having a permanent magnet constitute a speaker for a range other than the above-mentioned high range.

At this time, a large number of ribs 14 are provided on the front surface of the diaphragm 12, ribs 14 are provided on the left and right edges of the front surface of the diaphragm 12, and the upper and lower edges of the diaphragm 12 are curved toward the front side of the diaphragm 12. Therefore, air having sound waves on the front side of the diaphragm 12 is held by these ribs 14 and pushed out to the front of the diaphragm 12. The ribs 14 also have the role of reinforcing the diaphragm, or as mentioned above, they are too large to serve only the reinforcing role. This is to push it forward. Therefore, the sound waves are scattered to the top, bottom, left and right of the diaphragm! It should be prevented from turning toward the rear side of the stiff diaphragm 12.

Also, at this time, the diaphragm 12 is suspended only by the threads 16 and is a free edge, so the response to input signals is excellent, and the vibrations of the diaphragm 12 are not transmitted to the hollow frame 2. However, since the hollow frame 2 is filled with baked sand 7, the vibrations of the diaphragm 12 and other objects are transmitted and converted into thermal energy, so the diaphragm 12. Vibrations of other objects and resonance with the hollow frame 2 are reliably prevented. Therefore, unlike in the past, the acoustic characteristics of the enclosure no longer have a large effect on sound production, and since the four voice coils 15 are provided at predetermined locations spaced apart from each other on the diaphragm 12, the vibration is divided. With the speaker of this embodiment, the pure sound of the sounding body (vibration horn) can be heard directly, so that very clear high-quality sound can always be obtained.

In addition, since the high-frequency speaker 19 is placed in the cone 18 of the circular hole 13 provided in the center of the diaphragm 12, the sound localization is good, the sound field is natural, and the high-pitched sound is good. Due to the presence of the cone 18 and the diaphragm 12, the sound waves from the sound range speaker I9 can be prevented from going to the rear of the high range speaker 19, which also contributes to obtaining high sound quality.

"Effects of the Invention" According to the present invention, a hollow frame, a mounting frame provided parallel to and spaced apart from the rear surface of the hollow frame and connected to the rear surface of the hollow frame;
a speaker diaphragm provided inside the hollow frame in a non-contact manner with the hollow frame; a large number of ribs provided on the diaphragm so as to be positioned in front of the diaphragm; and a front-rear direction of the oscillation frame. a diaphragm movement regulating means provided to only allow movement of the diaphragm and prevent movement in other directions; and a diaphragm provided on the mounting frame that vibrates the diaphragm in the front-rear direction in response to a given electric signal. Since the structure consists of a drive mechanism, the ribs can not only have the role of reinforcing the diaphragm, but also have the role of retaining the air on the curved surface of the diaphragm. By providing the ribs, air containing sound waves on the front side of the diaphragm can be held and immediately pushed out to the front of the diaphragm. Therefore, the sound waves can be dispersed to the top, bottom, left and right of the diaphragm, and the air with sound waves on the front side of the diaphragm can be pushed out to the front of the diaphragm. This makes it possible to reliably send out this sound wave to the front of the diaphragm by preventing the diaphragm from turning around, and also to prevent the diaphragm from moving forward or backward, keeping the diaphragm in a free edge state. Because it can vibrate, the response to input signals can be extremely improved, and it also prevents the vibration of the diaphragm from being transmitted to the hollow frame, thereby reducing resonance between the vibration of the diaphragm and other objects and the hollow frame. In addition, it is possible to prevent interference between the hollow frame and the back pressure of the diaphragm. Therefore, the acoustic characteristics of the enclosure do not have a large effect on sound production as in the past, and the sounding body You can directly hear the pure pronunciation of (@ moving board), and therefore you can always get very clear and high quality sound.
