間隔保持部の端部にそれぞれ形成された二つの管
状体保持部とで構成するとともに、前記各管状体
保持部が各管状体に保持された状態で前記リード
線保持部の開口部の大きさが非拡開状態を保持す
るように前記二つの間隔保持部を構成したことを
特徴としている。

り、リード線群1が確実に抱持されることとなる
