ータを嵌合した樹脂ピストンを備えた車両用デイ
スクブレーキ装置において、インシユレータ前面
に密着し、パツトの裏板に当接する板状のインシ
ユレータ保護部と、前記嵌合溝部よりピストン軸
方向でピストンシール前方まで延出し、かつピス
トン先端側外周部に密着嵌合する周状のピストン
補強部とを一体形成したことを特徴とする。

し、ピストンシール機能を損うことなく、樹脂ピ
ストン先端外周縁部にクラツクが発生するのを防
止するとともに、摩擦パツドの裏板背面とインシ
ユレータ間に砂等が侵入するのを防ぎ、インシユ
レータが摩滅することを防止している。
