Claims (1)
弁を用いて、加圧シリンダへ供給する加圧エアー
の圧力を調整することにより、溶接電極の加圧力
を設定加圧力に制御する抵抗点溶接機であつて、
該設定加圧力に対応した設定加圧信号を出力する
加圧力設定回路と、該設定加圧信号に応じた前記
駆動電流を前記電空比例弁へ出力する駆動回路と
、該駆動回路の出力する駆動電流を検出してその
値に比例した駆動電流信号を出力する電流帰還回
路と、前記駆動回路と前記加圧力設定回路との間
に接続され前記設定加圧信号と前記駆動電流信号
との差に応じて前記設定加圧信号を補正して前記
駆動回路へ出力する差動増幅器と、前記駆動電流
を表す信号と前記設定加圧信号との差が所定の比
較基準値より大きい時に異常信号を出力する比較
回路とからなることを特徴とする抵抗点溶接機用
