Stretch film is an extremely flexible film made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.

As mentioned above, stretch film is highly stretchable, so no matter how sharp the saw blade is, the film will naturally stretch when cut, and uncut film will tend to form lumps in the troughs of the saw blade.
Therefore, cutting becomes extremely difficult. Normally, when cutting became difficult, the saw blade was replaced or sharpened. Additionally, in order to improve cutting performance, we have made a notch in the valley bottom 2 (Figure 3), and provided a curved cutting edge at the valley bottom so that it can cut even if the film gathers at the valley bottom 2. However, this has not resulted in sufficient improvement in sharpness, and in particular, in mechanical packaging, problems such as packaging distortion and machine stoppages occur.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional saw blade and to provide a saw blade having a shape capable of completely cutting a flexible and easily stretchable stretch film. Another object of the present invention is to provide a saw blade with a long polishing cycle.

In order to achieve the above object, the inventors of the present invention conducted intensive studies on the shape of the saw blade and found that a saw blade with a specific shape is suitable for completely cutting the stretch film. I have achieved this.

That is, the present invention is a saw blade used for cutting stretch film, and a second row of blades is formed at a position where the apex of the blade substantially coincides with the bottom of the valley of the first row of blades. In the saw blade of the present invention, a second blade row is formed at the bottom of the valley, and this second blade row captures the stretch film that has been stretched when being cut by the first blade row. It has the function of cutting, and even if uncut stretch film gathers at the bottom of the valley, it also has the function of redistributing it because there is a cut that forms the second saw blade.
