図は真空ベルト乾燥機の全体構造を例示する一部
分を断面にした正面図である。また第３図Ａは本
考案装置に於ける給液ノズルと無端搬送ベルトの
作動タイミングの説明図であり、第３図Ｂは本考
案装置によつて無端搬送ベルト上に供給された乾
燥対象材料の蛇行トレースを例示する平面図であ
る。第４図は在来装置に於ける乾燥対象材料の蛇
行トレースを例示する平面図である。 １……無端搬送ベルト、３……給液ノズル、４
……共通駆動源、４０……ギヤボツクス、４１…
…間歇回転装置、４２……間歇反転装置。

Claims (1)
- 真空容器内に回動自在に架装された無端搬送ベ
ルトと、該無端搬送ベルトの原材料導入側上面に
配設された給液ノズルとを具備した真空ベルト乾
燥機に於いて、無端搬送ベルトの幅方向に沿つて
揺動する前記供給ノズルに間歇反転装置を付設す
ると共に、無端搬送ベルトに前記間歇反転装置と
連動する間歇回転装置を連設し、無端搬送ベルト
の端縁部に到達した給液ノズルが揺動方向を反転
しようとするとき、該無端搬送ベルトに前進運動
を生起させる連動機構を形成したことを特徴とす
る真空ベルト乾燥機の給液装置。
