[Prior art] The present invention relates to a new fiber based on a completely new structure, and there is no improvement element, so there is no so-called conventional technology6. The elasticity is achieved by twisting and contracting the number of strands, but this has no shape memory, and the thread becomes stiff as it is twisted and shrinks as soon as it is twisted, which is not only inconvenient for weaving and knitting. The thread loses its elasticity and becomes rough with repeated washing, and when untwisted, it becomes the same as the original untwisted thread, which differs from the present invention in its basic technical configuration. Not only is this method effective, but it is also significantly inferior in effectiveness.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] The present invention has excellent wrinkle resistance, has a 30% increase in volume compared to the original yarn, is flexible, and has a stretch rate of 50%.
It has a certain degree of elasticity, has a texture very similar to silk, generates the same amount of static electricity as raw yarn, and has 50% moisture absorption.
Animal protein that has a higher air content (due to its bulk) and therefore greater heat retention, is permanently resistant to wear and tear due to washing, and exhibits various superior properties that have never been seen before. The first step is to provide adsorption shape memory fiber Chinon yarn.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The above-mentioned object of the present invention is to add a collagen protein derivative solution or a hybroin protein derivative solution to a casein protein-containing fiber Chinon (hereinafter referred to as Chinon), and a keratin protein derivative solution or each of these proteins. A shape memory fiber called Chinon, which is characterized by adsorbing a plurality of mixed derivative solutions while retaining the properties of each protein. And, a collagen protein derivative solution or a hibroin protein derivative solution, a keratin protein derivative solution, or a mixed derivative solution of a plurality of these protein derivative solutions are added to the casein protein-containing fiber Synon (hereinafter referred to as "Sinon") while retaining the properties of each protein. After drying, the yarn is twisted in the S or Z direction, steam set at 100℃ to 120℃ for 5 minutes or more with moist heat, and then unraveled in the opposite direction, that is, in the Z or S direction. A method for producing Chinon, a shape memory fiber characterized by having built-in elasticity by twisting it. Then, a collagen protein derivative solution, a hybroin protein derivative solution, a keratin protein derivative solution, or a mixed derivative solution of each of these protein derivative solutions is added to the casein protein-containing fiber Chinon (hereinafter referred to as "Chinon") while retaining the properties of each protein. It is characterized by adsorbing the crimp in a knitted state, drying it, knitting it, steam setting it with moist heat at 100℃ to 120℃ for 5 minutes or more, and then disassembling it to memorize the shape of the crimp due to the knitting. This is twisted in the S direction at a rate of 2.200 times/m, and is then twisted to prevent twisting and then completely fried to obtain Chinon shape memory yarn.

This Chinon shape memory yarn is twisted 2,500 times/m in the Z direction.
Since the twisting torque of is memorized, the expansion/contraction ratio remains at 50% even if it is untwisted in the S direction to a non-twisted state. temperature 60
Memories can be easily recalled by hot water or steam at temperatures above 10°F. The recalled Chinon memory thread is immersed in water at 20° C. or below, immediately applied with tension (the tension is at least three times the weight of the thread), and then dried to return to the state before memory recall. This is the same no matter how many times it is repeated. Also, there is no effect on dyeing.

(2) Chinon 75 denier thread is immersed in a keratin protein derivative solution of 30% of its weight in an amount of water sufficient to soak the Chinon thread at a temperature of 40°C or less for 10 minutes or more, and then dried;
When the knit is knitted, set at 110° C. for 20 minutes, and then unraveled, the Chinon 75 denier yarn memorizes the loops (stitches) of the knit. In addition, when this Chinon shape memory yarn is immersed in water at room temperature or below, i.e., below 20°C, and tensioned with three times the weight of the yarn, it dries and returns to its state before knitting, that is, without loops (stitches). . When this is treated with hot water of 60° C. or higher or steam, the memorized knit (loop shape) immediately returns to the loop state. No matter how many times this is repeated or dyed, there will be no change.

Each of these yarns has an expansion/contraction of about 50%, and the expansion/contraction rate can be freely set to shape memory by adjusting the number of twists and the scale of the knit (ie, gauge).

[Effects] According to the present invention, by adsorbing the above-mentioned animal protein to Chinon thread, the casein protein and animal protein present in Chinon (binding fiber of acrylic and casein protein) are bonded and adsorbed. It is endowed with thermoplastic MM, which is not present in Chinon, and can be processed with woolly processing (a process in which the twisted yarn is heat-set and untwisted to give it elasticity), but synthetic fibers are set by drying, but animal protein is Moist heat setting is more effective for products in which a derivative solution is adsorbed and bonded.

From the above, the yarn that has regained its elasticity has an increase in elasticity of 50% or more, hygroscopicity of about 50%, swelling rate of 60%, and a remarkable increase in heat retention. In addition, both woven and knitted fabrics made with this chinon-processed yarn do not become sticky after washing, have strong elasticity (stretch back), and have a texture that is closest to silk in terms of physical and tactile properties compared to any other fiber. It is durable, flexible, generates little static electricity, and exhibits excellent properties that other fibers cannot exhibit.
