In order to improve the above synchronization, the dimensions of the concave groove on the board,
It is sufficient to make the joint pattern dimensions of the decorative sheet the same, but in order to do this, conventional methods have been used to determine the size of the joint pattern for printing based on data on the amount of dimensional change checked in each process such as printing, resin impregnation, and drying of the decorative sheet. The method of setting the dimensions of the plate is generally adopted.

In the method for producing a tile-like decorative board of the present invention, when a decorative sheet is obtained by printing a tile joint pattern on paper or other sheets, the color tone or hue is different from that of the non-joint pattern, that is, the outer shape of each tile piece, on both sides of the joint pattern. On the other hand, grooves in the form of joints are formed on the surface of a substrate made of an inorganic material, etc., and the decorative sheet is applied to the surface of the substrate. When pasting the
It is characterized in that the joint pattern is synchronized with the joint-like groove so that the changing regions on both sides of the joint pattern are along both side walls of the joint-like groove.

(1) Print a joint pattern 4 resembling the joints between adjacent tile pieces and a non-joint pattern part 5 resembling the outer shape of each tile piece on the paper 3 that is the material of the decorative sheet 2 [Fig. 1 a ]. As shown in the schematic diagram in FIG. 2 and in a more detailed enlarged diagram in FIG.
On the other hand, a predetermined width region adjacent to the non-seam pattern portions 5 on both sides is defined as a changing region 4b in which the color shading changes continuously over the non-seam pattern portions 5. For example, when the uniform area 4a is a light color, the non-joint pattern area 5, which resembles the surface of a tile piece, is a dark color, and in the variation area 4b, the color density gradually increases toward the non-joint pattern area 5, as shown in FIG. 3a. The distribution should be as shown in . Conversely, if the uniform area 4a of the joint pattern 4 is to be dark colored, the non-joint pattern area 5 is to be light colored,
As shown in FIG. 3b, the color density of the change area 4b is
The distribution is made to gradually increase from the non-joint pattern area 5 toward the uniform area 4a. The non-joint pattern portion 5 is not limited to being printed in a single color, and may be further pattern printed.

The processing of the groove 6a is as follows:
This is done by cutting or embossing during sheet forming. When the width dimensions of the uniform area 4a and the variable area 4b of the joint pattern 4 of the decorative sheet 2 are each set to a dimension ratio of 2, the width dimension of the groove 6a is set to a ratio of 3, for example, as shown in FIG. Set it slightly smaller than the total width dimension of joint pattern 4.

b, 4b are the concave groove 6a of the substrate 6 and the non-joint pattern portion 5
The decorative sheet 2 is aligned so that it corresponds to the boundaries of the decorative sheet 2, and the decorative sheet 2 is attached by heating and pressing from above so that the joint pattern 4 is aligned with the concave groove 6a [Fig. 1 d to e] . As a result, the changing regions 4b, 4b on both sides of the joint pattern 4 are attached in a state extending from both wall surfaces of the groove 6a to the upper edge of the groove 6a, respectively. For heat pressing, the fifth
As shown in the figure, an elastic body 8 such as rubber is interposed between the decorative sheet 2 impregnated with a thermosetting resin and the pressing plate 7. Due to the presence of the elastic body 8, the decorative sheet 2 is adhered well along the concave grooves 6a of the substrate 6 due to its elastic deformation as shown in FIG. Become something. Here, a release film 9 is separately interposed between the elastic body 8 and the decorative sheet 2 to improve the release properties of the elastic body 8 from the decorative sheet 2 and improve the surface finish of the decorative board 1. are doing. Cushion material 1 is provided on the upper surface side of the pressing plate 7 where the pressing tool touches and on the back side of the board 6.
0 and 10 are provided. Furthermore, during heat-pressing, the thermosetting resin impregnated into the decorative sheet 2 melts, and its self-adhesive action allows the decorative sheet 2 to be reliably adhered to the substrate 6 without the need for an adhesive. After melting, the cured thermosetting resin does not melt even when reheated, so the decorative board 1 thus obtained has excellent heat resistance.
Furthermore, since the thermosetting resin has water resistance, chemical resistance, and sufficient hardness, the surface of the decorative board 1 can have the physical properties necessary as a surface material.

Incidentally, in the above embodiment, a case has been described in which the color tone is changed in the change area 4b extending from the uniform area 4a to the non-seam pattern area 5, but it goes without saying that the hue may be changed. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3a, the uniform area 4a is set to a cool color such as blue, while the non-joint pattern area 5 is set to a warm color such as red, so that the change area 4b changes from the uniform area 4a to the non-joint pattern area. 5, or vice versa, as shown in FIG.
The hue of b is set so that it changes to a cold color toward the non-joint pattern portion 5. In addition, instead of the above-mentioned example in which the uniform color or hue area 4a is provided at the center of the joint pattern 4, as shown in FIGS. The color tone or hue may change toward . The above change in tone or hue can also be expressed by blurring. Furthermore, the decorative sheet 2 may be made of pre-coated paper by coating a thin paper with a resin instead of impregnating it with a resin as in the above embodiment. In this case, an adhesive is used to attach it to the substrate 6.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a tile-like decorative board of the present invention, even if the joint pattern of the decorative sheet is slightly shifted from the joint-like grooves of the substrate, it can be adjusted to the side walls of the joint-like grooves. In the area where the joint pattern changes, the tone or hue changes continuously toward the non-joint pattern area, so the above deviation is hardly discernible visually, and it appears that the joint pattern is well aligned with the joint groove. As a result, a tile-like decorative board with a high design effect can be obtained. In addition, it is no longer necessary to go through the troublesome steps of the conventional method, such as checking in advance the amount of dimensional change of the decorative sheet, which varies depending on the paper composition and other conditions, and setting the dimensions of the printing plate based on that data. Therefore, it is possible to produce a tile-like decorative board easily and at low cost.
