弗素樹脂の薄層は耐熱温度も表面硬度もあまり高
くないため、取扱に注意が必要なうえに耐久性に
劣るという欠点がある。

層2を該主体3の調理面に強固に一体化するため

を適確に防止する。さらに、無数の窒化硼素粒子
1は金属製の主体3に対し容易に固着一体化され
る琺瑯層2に基部が埋込まれた状態として該琺瑯
層2の表面に均斉に散着されているので、洗浄時
の摩擦などによつて剥離するおそれはなく、取扱
が容易で長期耐用できる利点もある。しかして、
このような調理用焼鍋を製造するには、重量比で
琺瑯フリツト100部に対して粒径が100μm以下程
度の窒化硼素粒子0.5〜20部、水45〜55部と粘土

窒化硼素粒子1を吹き付けて乾燥後焼成すること
により容易に得られるから、量産も容易で安価に
提供できる。なお、琺瑯層2の表面における窒化
硼素粒子1と該琺瑯層2の露出部分との面積比は
特に限定されるものではないが、窒化硼素粒子1
の占める比率が0.7%以上24%程度あれば経済性、
剥離性の両面から見て好ましい。
