BACKGROUND ART In apartment complexes and other housing complexes, it is common practice to partition off balconies from neighboring units with collapsible boards for evacuation in the event of an emergency such as a fire. Due to the structure of each unit such as a condominium, there is only one entrance/exit, so if a fire breaks out and this entrance/exit is blocked, there will be no place to escape. If it is made collapsible, evacuees can break through the partition plate and escape into the next door. In normal times, it is necessary that such partition walls cannot be easily crushed in order to protect each other's privacy or to prevent theft, but on the other hand, in emergencies such as those mentioned above, when evacuees are hit hard by body ramming, etc. It is necessary that the material can be destroyed and that evacuees can pass through the destroyed part, and it is also important that it is non-flammable. From this point of view, slate boards are most often used as the board shape for such evacuation partition walls, but as is well known, the appearance of slate boards is not as beautiful as that shown in the left, and even after being painted, the appearance is noticeably deteriorated. Since no improvement can be expected, the current situation is that it is no longer in keeping with the modern style of home life, where interiors and exteriors are elaborately designed.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a partition wall of the invention, and Fig. 2 is an enlarged sectional view cut away along the line of Fig. 1. That is, the present invention is an evacuation partition wall that is installed between a balcony and an adjacent unit in a condominium or other collective housing complex. A crushable makeup comprising an inorganic substrate layer 1 molded into a plate shape containing a hardened resin binder, and surface resin layers 3, 3 formed integrally by thermo-pressure curing on both sides of the inorganic substrate layer 1, with resin shielding layers 2, 2 interposed therebetween. This decorative partition wall for evacuation is characterized in that a plate P is fixedly or indirectly held by a holding body S formed at the boundary between the balcony and an adjacent door. The above-mentioned decorative laminate P is made of aggregate made of aluminum hydroxide powder and inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate, phenol-formalin condensate and its derivatives, urea resin, melamine-formalin condensate and its derivatives, polydiphenyl oxide. 3 to 25% (by weight) of flame-retardant thermosetting synthetic resin such as resin is mixed as a binder and used as a substrate material, while urea, melamine, diallylphthalate, acrylic acid, ethyl methacrylate, and their derivatives are mixed. Ordinary shielding paper or cloth is impregnated with a thermosetting resin liquid such as PVC or thermoplastic resin liquid such as vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride, acrylic acid ester emulsion, etc. and dried to form a shielding layer member. The surface resin layer member is made by impregnating and drying a thermosetting resin liquid such as urea, melamine, diallylphthalate, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid ester, and their derivative resins, etc. The member, the shielding layer member, the substrate material, the shielding layer member, and the surface resin layer member are laminated in this order and are integrally hot-press molded using a hot press.
These substrate materials, shielding layer members, and surface layer members form a substrate layer 1, shielding layers 2, 2, and surface resin layers 3, 3, respectively, as shown in FIG. Here, in the shielding layers 2, 2, the above-mentioned binder in the substrate material oozes out to the surface resin layer member side due to heating and pressure during the above-mentioned hot-press molding, causing stains and stains, or causing stains or stains as described later. This is adopted so as not to cause defects in the pattern.

In addition, the picture pattern a in FIG. 1 can be formed by direct printing on the paper or cloth of the surface resin layer member when preparing the material before molding, or by making the surface resin layer member transparent or translucent and forming it on the shielding layer member. It is formed by printing on the surface, or by interposing a patterned paper cloth impregnated with the thermosetting resin liquid and dried separately between the surface resin layer member and the shielding layer member. The picture pattern a in the figure indicates that the surface resin layer member is transparent and is printed on the surface thereof (see FIG. 2).

In adopting the above-mentioned decorative board P for an evacuation partition wall, the decorative board P must be capable of being destroyed by the impact force when an evacuee hits it strongly, such as when an evacuee rams his or her body in the event of an emergency such as a fire. On the other hand, it is also required to not be easily destroyed by vibrations or shocks during transportation, by children's mischief, intrusion by outsiders, or even by strong winds. To satisfy the conditions, the thickness of the decorative board P should be 4
~6 mm, and by adjusting the content ratio of the aggregate, binder, etc. of the substrate material as appropriate, the ball impact strength as a decorative board P (according to the test method of JIS.A.5403) is 20 ~ 30 cm. It is desirable to keep it at a certain level.

Furthermore, in the figure, discontinuous embossed grooves 4 recessed into the thickness are formed on both sides of the decorative board P, but the embossed grooves 4 are formed by the above-mentioned thermo-pressure molding. As shown in Fig. 1, when a person strongly impacts the decorative board P which is fixedly held by the holder S formed at the boundary between the balcony and the neighboring door, The decorative board P is destroyed along the grooves 4, and a person can easily pass through the missing portion due to the destruction. Due to the formation of this concave groove 4, the wall thickness of the decorative board P is thinner (3 to 4 mm) at that part.
As a result, the above-mentioned impact force causes the decorative board P to form this concave groove 4.
It is something that is destroyed along the lines of...
Not limited to the example shown in the figure, it is possible to add further design to the embossed pattern formed by the grooves 4, for example, by making it a continuous grid-like pattern or a discontinuous pattern such as polka dots, so that it can be broken into small pieces by impact. It is also possible to create a new image by matching the pattern a with the above-mentioned pattern a. It goes without saying that even if the decorative board P has the grooves 4..., its impact strength should satisfy the above-mentioned requirements, and for this purpose, the influence of the grooves 4... should be considered during the preparation of the substrate material described above. It is desirable to decide the mixing ratio, etc., taking into account the
Appropriately shifting the positions of the grooves 4 formed on both sides of the plate can also help obtain appropriate strength. Incidentally, it is not excluded that the grooves 4 are formed only on one side of the decorative board P, and it goes without saying that even in this case, adjustments must be made to have appropriate strength.

Such a decorative board P is held by fitting a frame 5 around its periphery and fixing the frame 5 to the holding body S with fasteners 6 (see the figure), or It is directly attached and held (not shown) and installed as an evacuation partition wall.

In the above structure, the evacuation partition wall of the present invention is made of a non-flammable inorganic decorative board P having resin surface layers 3 and 3 on both sides, so that it can be used in an emergency such as a fire. If an evacuee hits the decorative board P strongly by hitting it with his or her body, the decorative board P will be destroyed, securing an evacuation route to the next door, and if there are no evacuees, the partition wall will prevent fire from spreading to the next door. It also acts as a firewall to prevent fires. In addition, the exterior is extremely beautiful, and since a picture pattern a matching the motif can be applied all at once during molding, there is no need for painting or other finishing touches, creating an extremely unique and progressive design that cannot be obtained with conventional slate partition walls. It can create a great atmosphere. Moreover, since the surface is covered with the above-mentioned surface resin layers 3, 3, it has good weather resistance, and because the surface is smooth, it has excellent stain resistance, and because the surface hardness is high, it is hard to get scratched, and it is also suitable for makeup. When the embossed grooves 4... are formed on both sides of the plate P, the damage due to the above-mentioned impact is almost entirely caused by the grooves 4...
Since the breakage occurs along the shape of the broken edge, safety can be taken into consideration in the shape of the broken end, and the embossed pattern by the groove 4... can be matched with the above picture pattern a to create a mosaic-like design. These notable advantages far outweigh traditional slate partition walls.

It should be noted that the embossed pattern formed by the picture pattern a drawn on both sides of the decorative board P and the grooves 4 does not need to be the same on both sides, and can be selected as appropriate according to the resident's preference. This has the added advantage of being rich in variety and emphasizing individuality. In addition, in the case of the decorative board P in which the embossed grooves 4 are formed as shown in Fig. 1, it is expected that there will be a portion (a portion along the frame 5) that will not be destroyed by impact. In such a case, it is desirable for safety to make this part difficult to break, and a reinforcing material such as glass net is placed at a position corresponding to this part when laminating the substrate materials during the production and preparation of the decorative laminate P. It is also possible to form a part that is easy to break and a part that is difficult to break within the surface area of the decorative board P by enclosing it. Furthermore, when forming the decorative board P, it is also possible to print evacuation instructions, etc. together with the above-mentioned picture pattern a (conventionally, evacuation instructions were printed on the surface of the slate board each time or a printed paper was attached separately).
