的な状態を乱すことなく搬送しつつ、ローラ整形、冷却
を行い、整列状態を維持して自動包装機まで送り込むも
のである。

、 (d)  上記のパレットを水平方向に搬送して冷却室
の上端部付近に搬入し、 (e)  上記の搬入されたパレットを上方に順次に送
り、 (f)  冷却室上端部付近で上記のパレットを水平方
向に幅寄せした後、順次に下降せしめ、(gl  上記
の下降したパレットを冷却室の上端部付近から水平方向
に搬出し、 (hl  上記搬出されたパレット上に整列して搭載さ
れている加工食品を一括把持して、整列状態の侭でコン
ベア上に乗せ替えて自動包装機に送り込む構成である。

れらの工程の途中に加工食品を算えて揃えるための作業
員を必要とせず、完全な無人化操業を達成することが出
来る。

段を設けたコンベアの上に整列せしめて順次に搭載し、 (b)コンベア上に整列せしめられて水平方向に搬送さ
れる加工食品を、上下に対向離間せしめて設けられた1
対のローラ間を通過せしめ、 (c)ローラを通過して、コンベア上で整列している加
工食品の複数個を整列状態のままで一括把持してパレッ
ト上に乗せ替え、 (d)上記のパレットを水平方向に搬送して冷却室の下
