かなりの長期間を要するものであつた。このため
近年紋紙による制御機構にコンピユーターを利用
した磁気テープからの電気信号を発信させ、織柄
製作の迅速化を図る方法が提案されつつある。

本考案は従来のジヤカード機にコンピユーター
による制御機構を設置するにあたり既存の織機の
スペースの範囲での取付が可能となるような機構
について鋭意検討した結果、新規な横針の制御機
構を用いることにより、これらの問題点を解決
し、よりコンパクトな制御機構としたものであ
る。すなわちその発明の要旨とするところは、電
気信号によりソレノイドを介してドロツパーニー
ドルを作動させ、該ドロツパーニードルに摺動可
能に係合されたポーカーの昇降により横針を作動
させるようにしたジヤカード機構において、ドロ
ツパーニードルとポーカーとを収容しているセレ
クターボツクスを下降位置のポーカーの一端が横
針の一端と対向する位置に設け、且つ前下部にポ
ーカー受板を有するグリツドを取付けたプツシヤ
ーを下降位置のポーカーの他端がグリツドと対向
する位置に設け、プツシヤーに前進運動、上昇運
動、及び下降運動を以上の順で繰返し行なわせて
前進運動により横針を押圧し、上昇運動時にはグ
リツドのポーカー受板により一時全てのポーカー
を持上げ、その時該ポーカーを支持するドロツパ
ーニードルに対応したソレノイドに選別信号を出
すことにより所定のポーカーをその位置に吸着保
持し、その他のポーカーを落下させることにより
経針を選別落下し得るようになしたジヤカード機
構における横針制御装置にある。

10にはコンピユーター(図示せず)からの信号
により、ソレノイド9を介して昇降するドロツパ
ーニードル1〔上部は案内孔7を有するガイド板
8に、下部は案内孔を有する板13にて支えられ
て、自由に上下運動が出来る〕とドロツパーニー
ドル1に水平方向に摺動可能に係合されたポーカ
ー2とが収容されれており、ポーカー2は各々が
それぞれの横針6の延長線上に位置し、プツシヤ
ー3が前進(右進)した場合ポーカー2が上昇し
ている時はプツシヤー3の前部に設けたプツシヤ
ーグリツド4,4′,4″の先端とポーカー2の先
端とは合致せず、下降している時(上昇していな
い時)にのみ合致し得るごとく設けられている。
プツシヤー3が後退(左進)する場合、先ず上昇
運動を行わせるが、この時ポーカー2の一端はポ
ーカー支持板15を支点にして、プツシヤーグリ
ツド下板5,5′,5″によつて全て持上げられ
る。この時ドロツパーニードルの上部先端に有る
アマチユア16は対峙したソレノイドホルド11
に取付けられたソレノイド9の吸着面と接触す
る。そこでコンピユーターから選別信号を出すと
有信号のものはその位置にてソレノイド9に吸着
保持される。プツシヤー3の後退(左進)が続く
がそれによつてポーカー2はプツシヤーグリツド
下板5,5′,5″より離脱し、無信号のものはポ
ーカー2が落下し、ポーカー支持板12の穴下端
にて止まり、プツシヤーグリツド4,4′,4″と
対峙した状態となる。プツシヤー3は後退(左
進)しながら下降運動に移り、スタート時の高に
て後退(左進)を終了する。再びプツシヤー3は
前進(右進)し落下して対峙している(無信号)
のポーカー2を押圧する。これにより横針6は復
帰スプリング14を収縮させながら前進(右進)
し、横針6に絡んだ経針(図示していない)を落
下させることにより、最終的に織機の開口を行
い、所定の織柄を得ることが出来るものである。

コンパクトになることで、従来のジヤカード機の
大巾な改造も不要となり経済的である。
