Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はジヤカード機構における横針制御装置
に関するものである。従来ジヤカード機は紋紙の
穿孔パターンに対応するドロツパーニードルを降
下せしめ、後続の機構を順次連動せしめ、最終的
に織機の経糸の開口を選別しながら紋紙の穿孔パ
ターンに応じた柄を製織する制御機構として使用
されていた。しかるに織柄を変更する場合は煩雑
な紋紙の取り変え作業を要し、又種々の柄を試織
する場合には、先ず紋紙の穿孔作業から実際に製
織が完了する迄に、かなりの長期間を要するもの
であつた。このため近年紋紙によるドロツパーニ
ードルの制御機構にコンピユーターを利用した磁
気テープからの電気信号を発信させ、織柄製作の

案の要旨とするところは、電気信号によりイレノ
イドを介してドロツパーニードルを作動させ、該
ドロツパーニードルに結合されたポーカーの昇降
により横針を作動させるようにしたジヤカード機
構において、ドロツパーニードルとポーカーとを
収容しているセレクターボツクスを、ポーカー先
端が横針の一端と対向する位置に設け、且つプツ
シヤーを前記横針の他端と対向する位置に設け
て、プツシヤーの前進により横針を押圧し昇降す
るポーカーに対応させて経針を選別落下し得るよ
うになしたジヤカード機構における横針制御装置

合、ポーカー6が上昇している時は横針3の先端
とポーカー6の先端とは合致せず、下降している
時(上昇していない時)にのみ合致し得るごとく
設けられている。プツシヤー1はドロツパーニー
ドルの昇降ピツチに対応して作動しドロツパーニ
ードルの昇降の都度プランジヤー7により横針3
を押圧し、上昇しているポーカー6に対応する横
針を右進させて、経針8を選択的に落下させ、落
下させない経針に対応する織機の開口を行う。こ
の場合、プランジヤースプリング9は横針3に設
けられている横針復帰スプリング10よりも強力
なものが設けられており、プツシヤー1の押圧に
より復帰スプリング10を収縮させつつ横針を右
進させ、経針8を落下させ、プツシヤー1の左進
(後退)と同時に元の位置に戻る。又、ソレノイ
ド4に励磁されない場合は、ドロツパーニードル
5は上昇しないため、横針3の先端とポーカー6
の先端とが同一線上に位置し、プツシヤー1が右
進した場合、プランジヤー7が横針を押してもポ
ーカー6によつて止められ作動せず、横針3の位
置が変動することなくプランジヤー7に設けられ
たスプリング9のみが収縮し、経針8をそのまま
の状態に維持させ、その経針に対応する織機の開
