Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はロータリー式ガス化バーナに関するも
のであり、予混合ガスのガス通路での再液化によ
る油溜りを防止することを目的としたものであ

この種バーナの従来例として図面に示した上向
き燃焼式のバーナについて説明すると、第1図に
おいて1は長手方向両端部の上面にのみ多数の炎
口2を有し、内部を予混合室3とする矩形の燃焼
盤である。予混合室3中央には下方に設けられた
送風機4の回転軸5が上方に突出して挿通されて
いる。該回転軸5先端には中空円筒状の気化筒6
が前記燃焼盤1との間に飛散間隙7を有するよう
に取り付けられている。8はガス集合筒で、気化
筒6内部と前記予混合室3とを連通状ならしめて
いる。9はガス集合筒8の外周に等間隔に設けら
れた送風管で、予混合室3を貫通して送風室10
に接続され気化筒6内へ送風を行うものである。
11は気化筒6内面に石油を供給する送油管であ

り噴出し、液滴燃焼炎により点火されて気化燃焼
を形成するのである。ところが予混合室3内を予
混合気が通過する際には、第2図に示すように予
混合気は全ての送風管9に接触しながら通過し、
又送風管9の下流側でうずが発生し予混合気が滞
留するため、気化ガスが冷却されやすく再液化し
て油留りが生じていた。溜まつた石油は気化燃焼
に移行後も送風管9を通過する空気に冷却され、
なかなか気化せず、消炎後白煙や臭いの原因とな

て、ガス集合筒外周に予混合室を貫通して気化筒
内に下部より空気を供給する送風管を長手方向に
並べて設けたので、気化ガスが送風管に接触して
冷却されることはなく、又送風管周囲に滞留する
こともなくなり、油溜りによる消炎後の白煙や臭
