Because of this, there is a risk that the small protrusions on the peripheral surface will gouge the foamed polystyrene resin when the shaft is driven, resulting in slack in the driven portion of the shaft.

たものである。 The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is a flat plate-shaped body with a rectangular cross section, which has a sharp point at its tip, and a flat plate that crosses the axial direction of the shaft obliquely on the base end surface of the shaft. By inserting the shaft into the styrofoam resin at an angle, the shaft prevents the shaft from escaping, and the shaft is made of a plate-shaped body with a square cross section to prevent rotation. The head does not protrude from the surface of the styrofoam resin even though it is inserted into the styrofoam resin.

After inserting about 1/3 of the length from part 2 into the insulation material 4, the upper edge of the inclined head 3 is hammered in the direction of the axis of the shaft part 1 with a hammer etc., so that the insulation material 4 has no resistance. Since the shaft portion 1 is small and has a flat plate-like shape, it is directly driven into the overlapping heat insulating materials 4, 4 at an angle. Therefore, when a force F is applied in a direction that separates the bond between the heat insulating materials 4, 4, a component force f2 perpendicular to the force f1 in the direction of escape of the shaft part 1 acts, preventing the shaft part 1 from coming off. be done.

い。 According to the present invention, a flat plate-shaped body with a rectangular cross section is formed with a sharp point at its tip, and a flat head that diagonally intersects the axial direction of the shaft is formed on the base end surface of the shaft. By inserting the shaft part into the insulation material made of foamed polystyrene resin at an angle, the shaft part is difficult to escape from the force in the direction of separation of the stacked insulation materials, and the insulation materials can be reliably bonded.
There is no need to form small protrusions or the like on the circumferential surface of the shaft to prevent the shaft from coming off. Moreover, since the shaft is a flat plate-like body and has a sharp point at the tip, the shaft has small protrusions on the circumference, and when inserted, the shaft is inserted like a knife. The resistance is small, the insulating material made of inelastic and brittle styrene foam resin is not damaged, and the effect of preventing slipping out can be further ensured, and the operation of inserting the shaft part in an inclined state is facilitated. Furthermore, since the shaft portion is a flat plate-like body with a square cross section, it has a good anti-rotation effect. Furthermore, since a flat head that diagonally intersects the axial direction is formed on the base end surface of the shaft, the shaft can be inserted so that the head is parallel to the surface of the styrofoam resin insulation material. Even though the head is inserted in an inclined state, the head does not protrude from the surface of the foamed polystyrene resin insulation material, so it does not get in the way or damage others.
